“Californian visits Toronto”

Wonderful, well run hotel. Close to museums, downtown attractions, underground trains. Our first time ever in Toronto: surprisingly beautiful city; The Park Hiatt set us off on the right foot. Nice restraunt, nice 16th floor bar. Very nice staff. We'll go back next time we're in Toronto

“Excellent”

We completely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable, our room was exceptionally clean. The food was delicious, very satisfied with breakfast. The staff were always willing to go the extra mile. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. I really cannot find a fault with this hotel. It's highly recommended.

“Great hotel - up there with any 5 star hotel”

Hotel was great, staff were always willing to help and go the extra mile to accommodate every request. Room was very clean, complementary drinks service daily. Location is great for public transport, with underground station within site of the hotel. Neighborhood is quite highbrow - nice but expensive. Great concierge service, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

“Quality Hotel”

Polite helpful desk clerks. Excellent concierge staff. Very good location, right across the street from the Royal Ontario Museum, $10 taxi ride from the Blue Jays Stadium, and within walking distance from the Hardrock and the Eaton Centre (shopping mall). Rooms were a little smaller than expected for the price - but very comfortable. Room service menu (especially breakfast) could be a little broader. But the old American standby, McDonalds (open 24hr), is a short walk around the corner.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt and the hotel and location was great. Easy walking to many local establishments and entertainment.

“Will stay there again”

The Park Hyatt was a great place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The Roof Lounge was a definite highlight - what a view! I will definitely stay there again.

“Wonderful location and staff”

The staff was attentive and most helpful. My room was my oasis from a demanding schedule and the location is perfect. Close to Yorkville and it's upscale dining and shopping. I was able to safely take a morning walk in an urban area and enjoyed getting to know the area at ground level. The Stillwater Spa is a joy and not to be missed. The Roof Lounge is quite convenient and the view of Toronto from the 18th floor while enjoying the almonds, olives and edemami divine.

No complaints...stayed here a few times while in Toronto and always find great rates through Expedia. Highly recommended.

“Great hotel”

We loved the treatment we received from the hotel staff - they were all so very courteous and helpful to our needs. We also loved the location of the hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to return to the Park Hyatt on a future trip.
