I personally never write reviews but this property went above and beyond this weekend. We came down and celebrated our anniversary. When we arrived and told the front desk it was our anniversary they upgraded our room which we thought it was super awesome. The next day, we got back to the hotel room and they had brought us a cake, bottle of sparkling water and a card to wish us a happy anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend and will DEFINITELY stay here again. Pool was great! Room was spacious and clean. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Nice property. Rooms weren't renovated recently as it shows. Pool area is a nice addition. Staff is friendly and polite. Bathroom offering could be a little more generous (hand cream)

It was supposed to be an updated room and out room had carpet) and my allergies worsened notably. The AC were really dusty. Customer service was okay but nothing extraordinary (not what you would expect from a four star hotel).

Good overall. My room was near the ice machine and elevator so was louder than I would have preferred. Granted I didn't complain or try to switch rooms. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Really comfortable pillows. I was in town to run the Toronto Half Marathon, so comfortable bed was important!

The Novotel Toronto Centre is a great location. The main attractions in Downtown Toronto are all walkable from here. The hotel is also a short walk away to subway and train stations. The waterfront is close by and you can get a water taxi or ferry to Toronto Island. Although the hotel is in a city we found the area quiet at night to get a good sleep. The room was really clean, comfortable and modern. We stayed in a Superior Room (1 king bed). The room was spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished daily. Bathroom had good lighting, good hairdryer and large walk in large shower, towels changed daily. The bed was comfortable and a good size. The room was air conditioned. Fridge and safe also available (no extra charge) and ice machines on each floor. We were so busy sight seeing that we didn't get to use the pool but did have a look on arrival and it looked great, small enough to have a chill out if you have time with the added bonus of a jacuzzi. We also looked in on the gym which had a great selection of cardio, weights and resistance training equipment. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

This was the last stop on our journey across North America and it was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent with plenty of bars and eateries within just a short stroll. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty with a very generous time period. All of the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly which added to the pleasant stay. If we’re ever back in Toronto, we’ll be returning here without hesitation.
