“Toronto downtown best”
Very good staff. Value for your dollar, parking under garage is safe and reasonably priced. Close to everything.
“The Best way to relax”
The hotel was great. It was so easy to get around downtown Toronto. Union station was a 1 minute walk. For dinner there was lots to chose from within a 10 minute radius. Shopping was great to. So close to everything. The hotel was so warming coming in the lobby. The pool was great cool but not freezing. The hot tub was great. I have never found a hot tub that has worked my back like that ever. It was amazing. The beds were soft yet firm at the same time. If you are looking for a place to relax or see the town without the commute, I would stay back in a heart beat. I stay in a lot of hotels for business, but by far this one needs to go on the top for Toronto stays.
“Great location”
The Novotel was in a great location. The king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. One night there was a lot of noise in the hallway off and on during the night. We especially enjoyed being near the St. Lawrence Market - great bagels and pastries.
“will definetly go back”
same as above
“Great Location”
Hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the CN Tower, Historic Distillery district and the harbour front. Lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. Try the Keg restaurant across the road for a great steak. We had a hire car and had to pay $23 per night for parking, which isn't too bad considering the prices we've had to pay in other North American cities.
“ideal location”
located in downtown toronto with walking distance to all attractions and restaurants
“booking again soon”
My husband and I really enjoyed the service, the room, the pool and the restraunt( great breakfast buffet). We recommend taking the ferry to the Center Island ,a hidden Gem and walking distance. We are booking our next trip and bringing people w/ us. Thanks for a great holiday experience.
“Convenient downtown location”
Headed to an activity at the Sony Centre in downtown Toronto (formerly Hummingbird Centre, formerly O'Keefe Centre) and wanted a hotel within close walking distance due to extreme winter weather. Building is about 20 yrs. old. Lobby bright and clean. Elevator required room card to access so felt very secure. Room was bright and modern. Bedding was very comfortable. Bathroom clean and updated. Watch out though if you bump the bottles of water on top of the minibar as sensors underneath might indicate you've taken the bottle and you will be charged. Lobby bar was pleasant, as well as the bartender. Close proximity to many restaurants and pubs. Would certainly consider returning.
“lovely hotel, great location”
Very close to the CN tower, great shops and right next to the bus and train stations. Staff were very friendly and room was lovely.
“Fine Old World Hotel”
The Novotel is a well maintained, clean, and centrally located for the vacation traveler. The staff at the fron desk are extremlly helpful and take time to answer questions and give suggestions. Although we did not eat on site, the staff in the lounge were very congenial and informative.
