Thank goodness the location is amazing. Our fridge didn’t work - do you think we could have someone come fix it? No…. I made multiple attempts to contact someone with the various phone numbers that were left, but all I got back was an automated generic response. The instructions that were left for the TV were useless….still couldn't figure it out. The room was pretty run down. I guess that is the trade off for the price at this location

I arrived to find a unit that was better than described. It was ideally located for my travel purposes and near a pile of amenities. The unit was quiet and comfortable. My only advice is to make sure you have your unit number and entry instructions handy, as the door people are not necessarily aware of your reservation. I would highly recommend this property.

The location was amazing. The check-in was terrible. No communication from the property owner until almost 5:00 PM. Check in time was 4:00 PM.

The property itself nice. Directions using the Expedia app lead to the wrong address and then the actual address has no main stopping/parking areas, so you need to figure where you can stop to find the entrance and not get into accident or towed. Then I was not given the name of the property holder, so that took 30 mins then I was told it is in the adjacent building not the one I was confirmed for. So over 60 minutes to get to sit in the room. No cutlery in the suite, and poor plumbing. Washroom sink could not drain and the toilet takes at least 4 hours to refill. Unfortunate if more than a party of one. Also no wifi or cable tv. Tv works but nothing to watch like local news. Poor communication/systems in all directions to resolve easy issues. It's not like they just started renting/hosting this week! Otherwise nice flat in a great location.

The promptness of hows and what to dos could have been better. Would have been better to explain stuff during initial process. I missed a few messages because yhey csme at times i didnt expect them to message. But overall good place. Close to where i needed to go. Cool underground path that leads to mall and restaurants as well as grocery store. Cool place

i was not given what i reserved and paid for, noone cared and noone corrected. noone is responding as i request compensation. they even tried to move me buildings onto young street when i clearly booked york street. i spend 3 hours on the phone stressed out and with no great outcome. i booked 1 queen and 2 twins and i ended up with 1 queen ONLY. it was mayhem and wil never deal them again.. I need to be compensated

I can’t think of enough bad to say. We attempted to check in, the buzzer code didn’t work. Then when we arrived there was someone in the room. I called and the guy on the phone kept asking me to go back up and knock on the door sand had them the phone! You can’t be serious! It was a young Asian lady who didn’t appear to speak English and I was NOT going to bother her again. Then they had us walk another ten blocks to a different facility. Once there we were interrupted by maintenance to check the room for 15 minutes. No hand towels, no face cloths. I received a message at 2am asking if we got in ok. (We checked in at four) Room was nice. No compensation offered. Can not say enough bad about this and it’s staff.

I'm sure they aren't all the same, we stayed in Ice 1, after being passed around by Bay Suites and the front desk. The bed frame was broken somewhere in the middle so there was no support, they had sliding door dividers that were broken and electrical taped to patch, toilets you could only flush once every 15 minutes. When I parked my car the 2nd night there was "event parking rates" in place even if I was a guest there I had to pay double. You ultimately get what you pay for to stay so close to the CN tower and convention center.

Solid spot if you’re looking for a short term rental. Used it for an event at the scotiabank arena. Literally less than a couple minutes walk to the arena. Convenience store and decent food spots around the corner. Good for those that don’t want to spend a lot of money on car rentals or Uber for travel. The only complaint I’d have is the wifi wasn’t good at all and keep losing connection. I had to use my phones data the time I was there.

Nice unit, however someone on the floor has an odor problem with dogs and the hallway has the worst smell I have ever encountered in my life. If you leave the door open of the unit only for a few seconds it comes in. The unit is also weirdly rundown considering how new the building is.

Solo hubo un par de aspectos que no me gustaron no servía la jarra para calentar agua, el refrigerador olía mal y no había suficiente papel higiénico fuera de eso en general el departamento está bien. No lo recomendaría para estancias largas ya que no hay muchas opciones para compras ni para comer cerca, lo que si queda cerca es el acuario, la torre CN y el Scotiabank Arena.

Emplacement bien situé au centre ville. Aucun support de l'agence de sécurité responsable du bâtiment. impossible d'avoir accès à l'ascenseur pendant 3 jours. La piscine était hors fonction. La télévision n'a pas fonctionnée pendant tout la durée du séjour et ce sans support. La chambre n'était pas nettoyée à notre arrivée (17h00). Le prix était parfait pour la situation géographique, mais c'est loin d'une chambre d'hôtel avec service.
