The Bed was very soft and comfortable but the TV wasn’t working so couldn’t watch anything! And the shower was making some annoying squeaky noise when you turn on the head! Overall and after those two things it was good to me! Other then the swimming pool slide being closed!

Nice property clean! Staff very friendly. Like the all coffee and tea bar, will stay here again. Close to 410. Area is a little industrial, but safe.

Overall pretty good, but area was pretty industrial, so nothing much around to walk to. Staff was very nice. Layout of the room was a little odd with bed really close to the window, but the room had a large unused area at the other end.

We enjoyed the pool, and the morning breakfast was excellent. The staff working at the front desk, and the staff working the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately our room didn’t have a working bath tub. We needed to bath our kids and have their hair washed for the next day for an event. The outlets were also not working in our bathroom. Very frustrating.

The room I booked wasn't available, and the alternative wasn't what I paid for. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the waterside but it was closed for our entire stay which was also very disappointing. The staff were super friendly and breakfast was good.

Property was under renovation, so can only speak to our room. It was average—nothing more. Clean, but dated carpets, fixtures, etc. Room was adequate, though on the smaller side. Staff were helpful and friendly, but did nothing to “wow” me. Waited about 5-8 mins for someone to come when I arrived to check in—nobody was at the desk. Breakfast was adequate—yogurt, oatmeal, toast, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausages and potatoes. Coffee/tea station 24/7 was a nice perk. Pool was old, and Inwas very disappointed that the water slide only operates on some (very limited) weekend hours—chose this hotel out of all the Toronto hotels FOR the water slide. Basic, clean hotel, reasonable price, but nothing special or welcoming.

Don’t book this hotel. Rooms have very strong odour. I booked this hotel for 2 nights and checked out within 15 minutes. Reception person was helpful and showed me another two rooms that had same strong chemical odour. Air in the rooms is not healthy. I checked out, they didn’t even have full refund. Only for one night. Hotel is also under renovations, you will hear big banging noises until 5:00 and they will apologize for it it only

Hotel is under renovations. Never seen that in the description when booking. Third floor hallway smelled so bad of paint and some hallways are under full construction. Pool area has a hot tub which is scolding hot. No sign saying out of order and the lifeguard can’t be bothered to tell you either. Must rely on other guests to tell you. Asked about it at the front desk and they say they are aware and it should be at normal temperatures within an hour but still never put a sign up or anything. By the time the pool closed, hours later, it was still way too hot. Curtains don’t close in the room so the room is lit up by the exterior outside lights, which makes it difficult to sleep. Staff and nice and pleasant though and try to help you as best they can. Took several pictures and will post if able.

We booked this hotel on Expedia a couple months ago for a short overnight getaway with the kids. The whole point of booking this hotel was for the pool with water slide and hot tub. Upon arrival we found out that all of that was closed down for renovations. I wish that Expedia would have updated me or the hotel would have sent out a message once they knew renovations were happening, and I could have easily rebooked somewhere else. My children were really looking forward to swimming and it was disappointing for all. Please update when amenities are out of service !!

Overnight stay was good
Overall our overnight stay was good, beds are comfortable and clean (but walls in the shower needs further scrubbing to avoid grime and molds). Breakfast is better compared to other chain hotels. The only hitch was we had to wait for a long time before we could check in (apparently the front desk staff had a problem with the guest ahead of us).
