“Once you get there, it's great.”

The motel itself is fine. Extremely courteous staff. The last two times I have stayed there the shuttle from the airport has been a problem. Make sure you call the motel to get a schedule and a description of the shuttle bus.

I went for business and unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel is only opened for breakfast, which left lunch and dinner unaccounted for...rooms was very nice and clean!!

This is a very nice hotel in the airport area of Toronto. I was especially impressed with how seriously they take requests for hypo-allergenic bedding. We stayed at a variety of hotels this trip and this was the only hotel to have a completely hypo-allergenic room available for us. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and there are a number of restaurants close by.

Pros: Clean, well maintained, excellent breakfast and the breakfast wait staff were phenomenal and friendly. Cons: Parking fees, even though they have their own lot; front desk guest service staff were abrupt
