The area is very convenient and easy to access. The hotel was excellent. Since it's trendy, the only downside is having loud neighbours.

I give this property 5 stars because this is the most reasonably priced hotel in downtown Toronto and the facilities (while older) have everything needed. I love that we can walk to the Eatons Centre and the Jays games.

Downtown Toronto convenient location hard to park and to get there. Traffic is high congestion night time noisy with police and ambulances passing by all the time. Rooms are ok but being old has old single pane windows taht allows the outside nois eto pass through. Parking underground is confusing with hard twists and turns scary. Otherwise better prices then other hotels around.

Great location and walkable to many attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby and hallways have clearly been updated. Our room was clean and basic. Bathroom could use an update. While the tub looked like it had been refreshed there were no grab bars anywhere or even a ledge for soap or products. Tub was slippery and only fitted with a shower curtain. Taps were quite dated and losing their finish. The other fixtures were dated.

It was difficult to get checked in. The entrance was blocked by buses and we had to go to a different entrance. There was no one to help or guide us as to where to unload and park. Service at the front desk was fast. The facility was decent.

Overall, a decent hotel (nice staff) but the rooms seemed a bit unclean. Location means it’s loud at night, lots of screaming people late at night. If you want a solid / clean sleep on a business trip, might suggest going somewhere else.

No air conditioning in the rooms. Didn't get 2 bedrooms on the same floor. Booked for 2 rooms with 2 double beds got one but the other one no beds pull out couch. We got a credit but was very uncomfortable. Swimming pool too cold. The good thing in walking distance of alot of things. Staff friendly.

This hotel is so nice. The balcony was so great to see the city. Concierge service was wonderful. Housekeepers are sweet and thorough. And the amenities galore were put to use during my 8 night stay. Great location!
