Front desk folks are wonderful and the building is new looking and well maintained. The breakfast was ok but not great. Easy in and out so very convenient for road warriors.

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was relatively clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wifi was fast and the 55" TV worked well, though we did not watch much. We ended us staying an extra night but our room was never freshened up, no new towels or garbage changed. I'm not sure if we had to request this so it could be our fault for not asking. The breakfast was good though a lot of the hot food was cold despite arriving a bit after 7:30am. Still overall a good quality stay with no surprises.

It’s clean, however, the room smells as the windows are sealed. and the bedding staff are all in polyester, it’s not comfortable

Great location! Great pillows! Decent breakfast. So overpriced for what it is. The rooms are mediocre at best. Outlets are in weird locations. Ugly furniture and bathroom. Please eliminate carpets. They smell.

There were minor issues with cleanliness. Our bathroom had a used washcloth hanging on the bar by the shower curtain and the floors were slightly dirty. The pool area had what looked like bugs around the emergency exit door. None of this was horrible, but didn’t hold the 9.2 rating on Expedia

Nice location. And when the people in the room next to us seemed to be playing football or wrestling at 11:30 pm the front desk took immediate action and then we slept well!

My kids and I liked the facility, fresh smelling. Was initially given a room that smelt smoke on the 2nd fl. Moved to 1st Fl, thank God I checked in early. I was there for 3 nights and was told change of linen done after 5 days of stay. Ran out of soap, cups and bed not even spread after 2 nights. You have to request for everything, unlike other Holiday inns. Wondering what's the job of housing keeping?

Staff was very friendly and everything was really clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast, lots of parking, pretty decorations for the holidays. Our only issue was that we had specifically reserved an accessible room and the one we were assigned was not accessible. We arrived late at night and didn't want to make it even later by trying to change rooms. No grab bars, higher toilet, etc. We made it work, but it was a bit difficult. If an accessible room was not available, check in process should have mentioned that.

Room was clean. The only thing I would add was if you have a sofa bed then leave bedding for it, and if the room is booked for 3 people leave 3 towels. Had to make multiple trips to the desk for supplies that should have been in the room. Last thing is don’t leave only decaf coffee in the room. Our room had 4 decaf K cups and when I want a cup of coffee in Ghent morning I don’t want decaf!

The staff that I encountered were absolutely amazing. The room I stayed in was absolutely a disgrace. The staff was made aware of the room and tried to accommodate in every way. They are not to blame for the conditions of the room. Aaron the front desk was kind and as helpful as he could be, housekeeping Reba? I can’t truly remember her name, was sweet as well. I hope the situation I dealt with was a one time/room ordeal.
