It was clean and in very nice condition.
Weddings were being hosted.
When I arrived home late after 11 pm that evening
the people across from my room were disruptive and loud.

Overall, the hotel and service were great. It was unfortunate that my experience was not. A group of more than 10 young men (early 20s?) we’re rating across the hall from the room we were in. Around midnight I was woken up to loud noises coming from the hallway. Turns out a party was going on. The noise was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Then they started banging on walls and doors, yelling profanities, and running up and down the hallway. Security was called several times but the guests trying to sleep in this hallway. Security knocked on my door at 12:30. I couldn’t go back to sleep for hours because of this nonsense.

We apologize this was your experience. We were made aware of the noise, and security was sent to quiet the noisy guests right away. This is not typical of our hotel, and we're disappointed it happened during your stay.
Staff could not have been nicer. Ice machine on 4th floor has dirt in the ice. I filled the bucket and brought it to our room and went to make a cocktail. When I put ice in a glass I saw quite a few of the shaved ice pieces had dirt in them. Threw them out and notified the front desk. Renovations look great, as we have been there in the past, but the ice really turned us off.

The check in staff member was friendly and very helpful. Gave us all the information we needed.
Good spacious clean room, comfy bed, in-room coffee, free coffee to-go in the morning, free parking, easy to find. Excellent stay.

I had booked a Jr suite.
Upon arrival the front desk told me that no suites were available for my stay and I had to settle for a standard room.
I would have explored other properties to stay had they been forthcoming with the status of my booking.

We were here for one night and the accommodations were lovely. The room was clean and luxurious. The only issue we had was with the evening / overnight staff. We had called a couple times for various things / questions and were dismissed and asked "what?" When they answered the call. The TV lost service (we learned all the rooms did) and when we called they seemed annoyed with us. Usually the staff is much friendlier and patient. Other than that the stay was relaxing and nice.

Very convenient for us to be able to visit family members. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.
