The Hotel was very clean, the room was really nice and spacious. My only complaints would be the elevators, they were a bit sketchy. There was a couple of times it made an incredibly loud rapid banging sound, you could feel whatever was happening. It scared my daughter enough to make her cry. They also bounced while getting on and off and the second elevators door scraped pretty bad. If we had been on a higher floor we would have taken the stairs. As well the breakfast, We didn't enjoy it so we just ended up having breakfast else where.

Thank Jessica, I can assure you the elevators are safe, but i can also relate with child hearing the knock would be scary, we do deeply apology for that. We have looked into and we are hoping at some point it can be resolved. But rest assured it is very safe :).Thank you again for staying with us

Welll it was a long drive firstly. The staff greeted me very kindly and was helpful with all my questions. The Dining Room, I feel was short staffed, but this Nick waiter, host, and bartender was a trooper. He had a rhythm to get all the tasks done which should have been handled by at least 3 staff members. I hope my comment gets some recognition for this staff member Nick, from Best western in Timmins Ont. My stay has been wonderful. Thank you Best Western

Good breakfast. They cook your eggs as you like in front of you. Nice restaurant in the hotel if you don’t want to go out for dinner.

This is the only hotel I will stay at in Timmins .. the staff are amazing , the restaurant in the hotel has delicious food and the rooms as clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel

Quiet place very helpful staff needed to leave stuff behind but they will keep until my return from trip Nov 21 when I stay again on my way back home. Bagged breakfast for early flight risers that can’t make breakfast. Loved the stay
