Hotel is in an amazing setting but the property is run down with very poor management, it should be taken off the offers from Expedia because it makes you an accomplice in this rip off to the customers, it is not worth the $80.00 price

Bad customer service
This hotel is false advertising don't let the pictures tell you otherwise. Me and my friends checked in and when we got to our room it was dirty ants on the wall and bed so we asked them to clean it not once did they ever come, my friend had to spray something so the ants can die...no tv no ac the pool was dirty green trash all around , DO NOT EAT HERE !! I suggest you drive down to PUERTO NUEVO for some good food. We went out friday night and Saturday night came back to the same dirty room thinking the staff will bring us new sheets and new towels this was definitely not cool at all....I will not come back to this hotel very disappointed.

I have to say that this is a dlplorable place. The room was dirty and it smelled liked mold. I laid in bed for a few minutes and bugs started to climb all over my arm. We left and got another room in downtown. We did not care about paying twice!

The only double room left, was not ready . It was not clean. We had to leave the facilities. We didn’t stay after all. But Expedia responded very well by giving us a refund. I’m so glad Expedia has such an excellent customer service and support.

Toilet didnt work. no toilet paper in room. Tons of ants in room. NO AC or heating. Lots of bugs and no attendant when we went to check out. Nice guys in the office but very run down. Needs major improvements.

I didn’t stay, the whole complex is in very bad conditions, Expedia you should take this hotel out of your list. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all 😕

The views are amazing and staff was nice. However, the property is falling apart. The rooms smelled, lights didn't work, they're were hugs, no ac or screens on windows to be opened. The people who stayed next to our room were outside partying til 5am and we couldn't get any sleep. The Burger Bar was nice and bartender was great. Overall, a 2 and will not stay here again.

THE PROPERTY WAS A MESS! NO TV... MANY BUGS. We asked for the remote for the ac and we were told we had to ask our neighbor for it, unbelieavble!! Pictures shown are are nothing like the hotel. False advertisement.

There's nothing to like other than it's next to the ocean. By far the dirtiest most run down hotel I've ever stayed in. Maybe worth $10 but definitely not worth more than that. it's a DUMP!

todo en general fue de lo mas desagradable, nunca mas me quedo en este hotel, el cuarto sucio, lo unico buena es que tenian agua caliente, muy caro para el tipo de hotel que es lo reporte con la persona que estaba en recepcion y fue tambien muy grosera, y no fue la unia tambien lotras personas estaban muy molestos , porque ponen en internet servicios que no hay en el hotel que ofrecen , mugroso, caro para el tipo de hotel que es, pesimo servicio,

I still love the view and proximity of the ocean but this hotel has really decayed. It looks like an abandoned property. So sad, it used to be a very nice hotel about ten years ago when I last visited.

The rooms looked nothing like on your pictures, dirty inside and out, rooms very small, no ocean view, very old need renovation, bathroom looked old and dirty, not even the beds spread matched each other,no AC, towels looked yellow not white. Would really like a reimbursement, the hotel personnel said it was your site and not them with the false advertisement. Honest, I'm VERY disappointed. .This was a first time trip for my 2 girls friends to Baja, I was VERY embarrassed.

We had a nightmare experience the first night we stayed in a dirty Uncleaned secluded room with dirty linens and no blankets or sheets under the bedspread, beer bottles and trash surrounded the outside of the room and the window was broken, repaired only by newspaper stuffing. After we complained the next morning we were given another room and free lunch at their restaurant in which there was a bread tie wire in my food!!!! We were placed in another room in a better lit area not so secluded nor did it look like a back alleyway.... It looked fine, had a heater/air conditioning unit for our comfort. When we arrived back that evening we had no electricity in the room and no running hot water. The reception area we were told would help us out if we had any concerns during our stay was not available although we knocked and knocked the gentleman was asleep both nights and didn’t receive any assistance. We underwent a frightfully cold night, as it was an oceanfront room. The place was run down and old in the area WE were put in, nothing like the internet pictures. As we walked the grounds we found that it had a much better area on the opposite side ??? Why did we not get placed in that area being that we booked with Travelocity and paid more than what others were paying for better areas???

Beautiful views !
Loved the view and the staff ! But the place needs to be remodeled and updated , it could be the perfect place if they started to take care of it more ! Historic place was a plus and I’m glad I stayed there !

No way Calafia
It's falling apart, very sad. It looks like it could be a fun place with alot of help. We had a drafty room, no hot water, no towels in room. Heater didn't work. No one was in the office when we were checking out. No phone in room to call the front desk. Where is the staff? Very sad

When my husband and I arrived to the room, we didn’t have any towels, we drove to the office and requested towels they started they would take them to our room, we also noticed that the hot water was not working, again we went to complain to the office and asked for the status of our towels the office didn’t give us a definite answer, we told them we where going to dinner and will be back to the room to freshen up. 4 hours later we arrived back to the hotel and they told us that they where changing our room due to the water heater not working. As well that room did not have running hot water, my husband went to complain and the office clerk never open the door to assist us. We turned in the keys to the maintenance lady and she stated they always have the same complaint. I will never stay in this hotel and definitely don’t recommend it. It’s also dirty and not maintained. I was not pleased.
