The entry, lobby, breakfast area, and parking lot were well maintained and convenient. The room was very nice as were the toiletries. I would rent the room again just for the walk-in shower! It was by far the best shower I've ever had in any hotel!

My room was very clean and nice . I had a small refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was so super nice. I will stay there again.

We did have a bug issues in our room. We saw maybe three bugs with our time of being at the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. It was easy to check in and everyone was so helpful and sweet.

Parking in front and rear seems safe - nice lobby and very pleasant staff. Chair in room was very stained and hairdryer was dirty and sticky. Could not turn off noisy fan in bathroom and heavy bath door was a nuisance as well as bathroom light that went on as soon as you walked in. Closet very small with awkward sliding doors. Bedside tables did not have lamps with charging plugs - you had to move heavy nightstand to get to wall plug. The bed was okay - best thing was an excellent shower.

Drove a little farther and spent a little than wanted for a indoor pool. However it was broken. Staff didn't seem to care, it was a big oh well. Everything else was good.

Bathroom needed detailed cleaning. Linens were worn. Furniture in room in need of minor repair. Doors leading into a separate area on the 3rd floor needed repair. Staff were very nice and breakfast was good.

Victorian Christmas Stay
Well appointed room with a wonderful shower!! Clean and comfortable. Exceptionally helpful staff...Kunal was so charming and welcoming. Good location for the things we wanted to do. Would stay here again.

Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and located in a great location near restaurant and shopping areas. The only thing negative is the walls are so thin . I heard the entire conversation from the people staying in the other room next to me.

We'd Stay Again!!!
It Was very nice, quiet and restful night, The only complaint was it did have a few roaches that were sizable in size, that was turn off but it was surprising because the room smelled and looked so clean. We didn't complain about it because roaches are like another insect, they can get in anywhere and it doesn't have to come from poor housekeeping. The shower was amazing and powerful, not at all like a trunk of water but they had the ability to really get hot and really push the water through which made for a clean experience in the shower. Our stay was pleasant and very restful. We would stay again.

Everything was outstanding until bedtime. The compressor for the air conditioner was so loud and cycled off and on every 10-15 minutes we didn't get any sleep until we finally turned the a/c off which made what little sleep we did get feel very uncomfortablely hot.
