Home wonderful as long as you don’t need any assistance from Vacasa while you are there.
"Home was wonderful. Location was great. Vacasa is terrible. It’s impossible to get them to help with any issue. House had a broken vacuum cleaner. With two little children and wall to wall carpeting, we wanted to vacuum after meals. We called vacasa 3 times and were told each time someone would get back to us but no one ever did. How hard is it to get a vacuum cleaner with all the properties they have to clean each week???? Shame on them for not wanting to help us to help them keep the carpets clean!"
