We stayed her with five teenagers, and it was perfect for our group! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to access all the attractions and amenities nearby. Additionally, communication with Mike was excellent and simple, adding to the overall positive experience. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, ensuring everyone felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our trip, providing a great balance of convenience and comfort! I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Blue Mountain.

Beautiful stay, just a few kinks to work out
We had a great stay. The place was well located and clean and inviting. The decor was neutral and pleasing. As other reviews have noted, the living room furniture is very uncomfortable and the pillows on the beds are a nightmare. If this hasn’t been corrected, do what I did and bring your own. My kids couldn’t sleep due to small, flat foam pillows. With such a nice place, the bedding and comfort really needs to match. No dishwasher tablets available to run the dishwasher. Otherwise the place was clean and spacious. Loved the upstairs living room, and having two places to hang out and watch tv so that everyone can be accommodated. It was also a nice touch having tv’s in the upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t use them, but it was a nice addition. We would stay again.

Property was basic. Beds and bedding especially pillows uncomfortable. Back patio furniture leftover junk. Not properly groomed. Weeds and long grass in sitting area. Wifi shut down most evenings. Couches in main room horribly uncomfortable. Shedding feathers. Had to call for supplies. Overall very down market in an upscale area. Got stranded with no shuttle and with a big group not very walkable.

Clean, beautiful unit but some minor issues
Overall this is a beautiful unit. Very spacious, good kitchen, great location, gas grill, air conditioning. Nice couches, two smart TVs. I would mostly recommend it. There were some minor issues. There were towels but no washcloths. There was dish soap and hand soap but no body wash. The beds were not great - in particular the master was very uncomfortable. Lots of useless decorative pillows but the actual sleeping pillows felt like Dollar Store specials. Coffee filters were provided but the wrong shape for the coffee pot - they sort of worked. Dishes were mostly good but the cooking utensils could stand to be replaced. The large pan was extremely warped. There were spices but I've seen VRBO kitchens more generously supplied. A few dollars worth of random stuff in the kitchen, like olive oil, sugar, some ground coffee, etc. goes a long way for comfort! These issues were minor but added up, and really detracted from the beautiful parts of the unit: nice art, comfortable sofas, TVs, air conditioning, etc. Given the cost of the unit, which is reasonable for it's location and size, these issues were a bit disappointing.

Lovely townhome in Blue Mountain
We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The townhouse is lovely. Everything is new and very clean. Close to everything at the Blue Mountain Resort. Property owner was excellent, communication was great. Would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing family vacation!
We enjoyed a fantastic family vacation with our children and grand- children! The townhouse was very clean and well stocked with towels, extra blankets, soaps and a kitchen items. It was only a 10 minute walk to the village and the pool was just a block away. We will book this unit again.

I was extremely impressed with this property. This home offered more than enough room for our kids and the second family staying with us. Very convenient access to Blue Mountain, and also the pool in the complex. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. This home offered pretty much everything you need for a getaway. This property was so beautiful! We intended on having 12 people for a girls’ weekend and ended up having 9 girls and a baby - the house would have fit the original 12 but was great for the 9 of us. The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend (ie; plates, cutlery, etc). The backyard was a nice place to relax. We spent time at the communal pool and LOVED it. Plenty of parking available and very close to the village. Perfect location! Would definitely stay here again. Michael was excellent to deal with. We didn’t have much communication because everything was so straight forward! Check in was a breeze. When I did have questions he was quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location was perfect, 2 minutes from the village. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, the towels and linens were very worn out. The bedspreads were stained. And there was lots of dog hair… we knew pets were welcome but my son has never had an issue with allergies unless he actually plays with the pet,. However the amount of pet hair on the carpet and furniture caused him to become stuffed up.

Stayed at this property for a girl get away. A great spot. House is big and having the shuttle to the village was awesome. Would recommend putting some mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms come there is just one bathroom upstairs. Lots of linens, clean, lots of space, nicely decorated and super easy for check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and space
Our group loved the space and location. The unit was perfect for 8 adults and our 2.5 yr old, with ample outdoor space, well-stocked cooking area and comfortable shared spaces. The weather was fantastic while we were there, so the proximity of the unit to the beach and golf courses was perfect. Michael was easy to contact, and even though we had a small hiccup with check-in, he was very generous and accommodating to our group. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a spacious location with lots of space for all!

Fantastic Family Vacation!
We booked our family vacation at this townhouse and we had a blast! The unit we rented was clean and spacious and the location was perfect! It was within a short walking distance to the pool, walking/biking trails and only a 10 minute walk to the village. The unit had all the basic necessities for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. We will certainly consider this unit again.
