Stayed two nights, consecutively, two separate bookings through Expedia. As I do many nights of travel per year, am very aware to read all property amenities and inclusions/exclusions. The first night we had a very nice large room, that we were told upon arrival included breakfast and free coffee. (the included breakfast and coffee was not mentioned in the booking but appreciated). We return the same day to stay again, the booking price was a large percentage increase which we could understand as it was a different booking. But in the morning of 2nd stay, to find out no access to the coffee or free breakfast. Yet booking information, other than paying a much larger price, was exactly the same. Second night, was a smaller room and much decreased level of service. Spoke to assistant manager who said nothing they can do.
Airport shuttle was quick and efficient, on site restaurant very good. Pool is clean. Would not return due to decreased level of service for a higher price the longer a guest stays. Unfortunate.
