A very unique property with many features to enjoy. The pool is nice & clean. The restaurant has different seating whether inside the air conditioned room or outside shaded area. U can take lots of pictures around the cafe. Great food options around even late.

Stayed at this resort for the night because we had an early flight. Check-in was easy. Staff is super friendly. They have a nice little restaurant for you to eat. They have a nice pool to dip in. The villas are private and comfortable, they give you free coffee, tea, and water. Highly recommend this airport close hotel to stay at. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport.

This is the second time we stayed at the Perennial resort and it did not disappoint! Wonderful boutique hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Comfortable and clean room. Beautiful pool. One of our favourite resorts. We would definitely stay here again.

Location to airport, one block easy walk. Restaurant good. Room rates and breakfast included really varies. We stayed three separate occasions never knew what to expect. Staff very helpful. Pool large and clean. Beach 5 minute walk.

Third night staying here, upon arrival in Phuket and departing. Amenities very good, restaurant on site good, pool is ample size, couple more chairs on pool deck. Staff very helpful. As mentioned in the previous review , when booking through Expedia for the various prices we are not sure what to expect of the accommodation or if breakfast is included. We have stayed in 3 sizes of bungalows, which range in size from quite large to hotel room size. All units very clean and private. Able to walk to airport it is that close. Depending on room type, you may hear planes you may not. Would return.

The room was older but very clean. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept on in Thailand so far. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was very nice.

Stayed two nights, consecutively, two separate bookings through Expedia. As I do many nights of travel per year, am very aware to read all property amenities and inclusions/exclusions. The first night we had a very nice large room, that we were told upon arrival included breakfast and free coffee. (the included breakfast and coffee was not mentioned in the booking but appreciated). We return the same day to stay again, the booking price was a large percentage increase which we could understand as it was a different booking. But in the morning of 2nd stay, to find out no access to the coffee or free breakfast. Yet booking information, other than paying a much larger price, was exactly the same. Second night, was a smaller room and much decreased level of service. Spoke to assistant manager who said nothing they can do. Airport shuttle was quick and efficient, on site restaurant very good. Pool is clean. Would not return due to decreased level of service for a higher price the longer a guest stays. Unfortunate.

This property is charming small business operation. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Proximity to the airport is a key factor and they offer free transit.

Extremely nice room. One of the better Thai hotel rooms in terms of comfort. Great bed, nice shower. Efficient AC. Free shuttle to the airport. The doors are glass though so there’s a fair amount of external noise. Mainly from other hotel guests. Overall, I recommend.

Literally walking distance from the airport but their free transport is super easy. Staff is super nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable with cold AC. I was worried about the airport noise but you honestly don't even notice it (not a super busy airport). The breakfast is tasty and we had dinner once that was really good, too. Walking distance to plenty of dining, massage, scooter rentals, etc. We'd stay here again no problem.

We had a lovely 10 days here. The staff were very kind. I found the villa to be clean. More of a kitchen set up would have made it better, but the fridge/freezer was full sized. Everything was restocked daily. A few days we didn’t have them clean the villa, but there would be a basket of amenities waiting for us on the porch. The pool was lovely and it’s a short walk to the beach. There a many dining options nearby as well or one can eat at the resort restaurant or cafe that has great coffee. I would stay here for sure again.

We stayed as we wanted to be close the the airport as we had a flight the next day. We could have stayed longer. The villa we stayed in had a really nice vibe and the beach around the corner from the hotel was very cool as you could see the planes landing over the beach. Check in was quick and the staff were really helpful. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Very handy for the airport, we stayed 1 night only after arriving on an overnight flight. Pick up at airport was trouble free. Staff were friendly & attentive. Food was excellent at the on-site cafe. Villa was spacious & clean. Highly recommended.

Can't say enough about this place. It's a real gem. Staff was lovely. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Restaurant on premises. A short walk to the beach. Commercial area and convenience shops are a short walk. Free shuttle to the airport. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served so the staff packed us breakfast to go.

We loved this resort! Even though you could hear the planes taking off at the airport close by, the property felt quiet and secluded. The gardens and pool were beautiful. Our villa room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on site served delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the best part for us was the hotel’s close proximity to the quiet end of Yai Nang Beach in Sirinat National Park. The beach is beautiful. The water is amazing for swimming and snorkelling. The hotel provided us with free shuttle to the airport but we were sad to leave. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

Cheap and clean but rock hard beds
It is close to the airport and very affordable, the room is large and clean. But on the downside super uncomfortable hard bed, room is like a white box. Hotel staff are friendly but not efficient, it is confusing to arrange transport which is normally free from airport hotels they charge 150 thb. Breakfast not easily available.

Our stay at perennial resort was very pleasant. Walk to the beach, food at resort was good On a side note the Italian restaurant (pizza place) tucked back behind another building had fantastic food on the same street as perennial resort.

Good stay and very close to the airport. Free pick up was excellent. If you have lots of luggage just remember when booking that the basic rooms are in a building which does not have lift.
