Pretty safe and quiet. A bit of construction going on so the elevators were a little unfinished but not inconvenient. Rooms were clean and everything felt new.

For this stay, I elected to pay upon arrival. When I checked in and told the staff I wished to use a different card she told me they would have to refund the original card. This is not what I wanted. Since my card was already charged, I elected to keep it on the same card. Again, this was not what I wanted.

As your credit card was declining, so we had to cancel your reservation due to which we could not accommodate your stay at hotel. Your reservation was cancelled without any penalty.

Everything was great. Until someone outside In the parking lot was blasting music all night and I couldn’t sleep. I would still come here but not when it’s the biker rally.

First room had a very strong sour odor and the a/c turned on but did not cool the room after several hours. We were then moved to a second room that smelled of mildew and had severe evidence of water damage on the wall near the entrance. We only needed to stay for one day so we mustered through it with half a bottle of febreeze and an extreme need to sleep. Not sure if the staff was tired or just did not want to be there but they tried their best so no complaints there. Overall this property needs a deep DEEP cleaning as to rid the rooms of their pungent smell.

I was shocked when i saw there was a small kitchen in the room. Laundry service? The bed was very comfortable! Probably the best i ever slept on. This was a very surprising experience!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! My daughter left an inexpensive earring behind but they called me to let me know it was there. The room was clean and comfortable, check in and out was a breeze. Value for money spent was good!

The building is dated and definitely needs renovation. The staff was excellent. BIG complaint…. Property was listed on line as serving breakfast only to be told as a franchise breakfast was optional and they chose not to offer it. This needs to be stated in the amenities

outdated and air is a bit stale when you first arrive, but very clean. full sized, quality (Dove) hygiene products provided in the shower, soft/clean sheets, clean dinette, and friendly staff. called to check on us 30 minutes after checking in. convenient before leaving out in a cruise tomorrow - would stay here again.

There was nothing unique about this stay. The only thing I can say is we will never book there again. The rooms we had and our daughters stayed in smelled of nothing but mold & mildew. Spent the first 3 days of my cruise sick from it. Will also file a complaint with their head quarters. You know it's bad when they had oscillating fans in the rooms to try and remove the smell of it.

Receptionist extremely rude on arrival, bed dipped in the middle extremely uncomfortable. Lectured twice on smoking on arrival to be put in a room that someone had been obviously smoking disgusting

Check-in was slow and awful. The person talked too much about things that had nothing to do with checking in. Room was dirty and there was zero room service.
The second day of our stay no one came to do regular cleaning.
We also got locked out because they did not enter two days. It seems like they did that on purpose.

The property was conveniently located with a short drive to the water. It was fairly quiet as hotels go. The staff were pleasant. Checkin was easy. This was only a one night stop for us so we didn't utilize the kitchenette but it all worked and would be nice to have for a longer stay.
