"Very friendly staff, light and bright room with fabulous balcony. Loved being able to get fresh air in Phoenix—that can be a rarity at hotels. Very comfortable & clean linens. Pool area is great."

"Staff was friendly and let us check in early and check out late. The only negative was the window shade was broken and only came down 3/4 the way so the lights from the parking lot shown into the room at night."

"This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "
