We had an amazing stay! Location is amazing as is the vibe. Breakfast is fantastic. Special shout out to the staff, especially Becca at the front desk, for being so gracious and helpful. Can't wait for our next visit.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff are superb, ensuring that your stay is going well. The breakfast may be the best I’ve had in the Middle East!

This was a return stay and it was even better than the first. The staff was always accomodating and polite, answering to our every need. The complimentry wine was excellent, which added to the stay, allowing us to use the lobby more and the hotel locale is perfect for walking around with markets and restaurants minutes away. Loved it! We also brought friends with us and the loved it too.

We stayed 2 nights at this lovely hotel which is located in city center and yet very clean and quiet. Staff were very kind and helpful. Rooftop is amazing and the overall experience was amazing.

The customer service all around Israel is spectacular. We could use some lessons here in America, where we forgot what it means. Nice hotel with great amenities and very clean. The breakfast was amazing as well.

It’s a very nice and stylish hotel. The staff is great and they go out of their way to take care . My first room was stylish though felt a little small to start. I started to like the room and it’s convenience, but they insisted me to change to a bigger room. The new one was great too. The breakfast is just amazing. Have never had poached eggs like this . So was the omelette and the spread of juices, cheese .. too good. Wine, juices and coffee in the lobby is very unique too. If you are wondering where to stay. This is it.

Would live here if I could.
I absolutely love this place. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and had booked a different hotel for the end of the trip but changed the reservation to come back. They create dis with a special return gift.

Very nice. I cannot fault a thing.
Very pleasant stay at the end of a long two week vacation in the Middle East. I liked the aesthetic of the hotel (YMMV), but what really stood out was the high quality of service and the small but generous extras, which included free 24-hour wine, coffee and snack self-service.

One of my new favorite hotels.
This place is perfect. From the great decor to the fact that this room felt TRULY clean, the place was great. And the two women were ho worked the front desk for hike we were there were both VERY helpful. The breakfast was very good too. And there is free wine all the time.
