They don't clean or take out the garbage. They were otherwise very helpful via cell phone communication. The apt was comfortable, everything working.

Amazing place and location!
I was more than pleasantly surprised how nice and great this place was. Much better and bigger than pictures show. It is located by a great intersection. Grabbing a taxi super easy. Dizengoff mall is almost next door along with supermarkets and many many places to eat. Great air conditioner, kitchen packed with every utensil and need, very clean, big flat tv, it is all in a very private apartment style accomodation. It is all automated, you pick up key at shop next door and use your code to get in emailed to you. I would definitely stay here again, price is not bad and it gives you experience of feeling like you live there. If i had to find anything bad, is that elevators are tad small and when you come out you still have a few steps to enter apartment which is not a bad thing itself.

Location is close to zamenhoff square and a shopping center. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Beach was not that close.

Very good Location Moderately priced for Tel Aviv It’s an apartment block, so no office You get the key from a minimart two doors away Room is big The floors are at half floors from the elevator stops. I.e., after getting off at the “Floor 1" from the elevator, you still have to climb up or down half a floor of steps to to get to your room. This was a nuisance for me but would be seriously problem for a women or a disabled person with a large suitcase. Check out with left-for-a-few-hours luggage involves leaving the luggage on the fourth floor near what I presume is the manager’s suite. The bar-restaurant next to the apartment entrance serves the best grilled ham and cheese sandwich I have ever eaten.

Great place to stay for families
Great place to stay in heart of Tel Aviv. I was thankful that the room was equipped with a washer and dryer, especially while traveling with children. The owner was very responsive with requests and questions.

Pleasant apartment in happening location. Management is off site, so if you got locked out it would be a problem. Instructions covered most things, though. Hot water has to be turned on with an umarked button which took me a while to figure out. I had some difficulty completing the payment, which was not actually collected by hotels.com for some reason, which required quite a bit of correspondence before arriving.

Great apartment, great location!
Comfortable, cozy apartment with great location, right in the heart of downtown Tel Aviv. Great balcony to enjoy the sun. Above a bar; can be a little noisy in the late evening (9-11pm) but not obnoxious. Kitchenette is workable, but only for small meals.

New renovated vacation apartment in prime location
The place was newly renovated and clean, and the location was great. We had no trouble getting in, even though there is no lobby or reception. The only issue was minor upkeep. There was a large stain on one of the shelves and the coffee maker was not clean (i.e. it had very old coffee in it).

Absolutely the worst "hotel" ever!
This place isn't a hotel but apartment, and NO maid service! We, family of 4, stayed here 3 nights, but not enough sheets, pillows and towels. The biggest problem was one child had to sleep on couch, and other child had to sleep on a board pulling out from under the couch! On the first morning, there was no hot water on shower. Washer didn't work. Then the next day, A/C didn't work. It was absolutely a horrible place to stay!

Excellent location, convenient setup.
Clean, well-appointed, great location. However, a query to the owner regarding slow internet was answered, but not resolved. Internet is extremely important for planning and the rooms service was unusable.

Cool pied a terre in vibrant tel aviv
We stayed a few days w two kids. Very clean and roomy, all beds, bedding and facilities very good shape. Close to bus stops to Tel Aviv Uni (#25 up the road, from TAU quick walk to train station), big mall down the road at Bagroshov, other Sid of the road is a grocery well supplied. Across from apartment is Streets, cafe open 24/7, great food. Couple other great cafes within 10 yards of apartment. We cooked a lot of meals in apartment, was convenient and easy. Met owners a couple times, extremely helpful, able to be reached as and when needed and big shoutout to DiDi for a great welcome late at night when we got in from airport.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Parking in the neighborhood is impossible. Don't bother looking. Park at The Dizengoff Center. Also, the wifi connection in the room was very weak and didn't work in parts of the apartment. Other than that, we really enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would definitely recommend.

Though the service is limited, they helped me as much as they can. As my luggage is delayed, they helped me to contact airline and collected my luggage when I was working in customer company. The location of the hotel also good

Zero rate stay for a five star price!!
1. We were not given information about how to enter the apartment/get the key; the manager emailed me information about two hours before my expected arrival time, while I was in a taxi in Tel Aviv with no wifi to access that information. 2. We called the property manager and the other phone numbers listed as contacts numerous times, with nobody answering and no return calls. That was very frustrating. 3. The elevator does NOT stop on the same floor as the apartment. We had to drag our six suitcases up or down a flight of stairs to get to the unit!!! 4. When we uncovered the couch/sofa bed to open it, we were completely horrified. It is covered in stains - big, colorful stains. Our daughter was too disgusted to sleep on it. 5. The carpet was full of crumbs and dirt - the unit didn't seem to have been cleaned.

Great Location
Apartment was very clean and modern. Very open, and the facilities are better than a standard hotel. Having a kitchen area, personal laundry, and a full size fridge is awesome. I really liked it, and would stay again if visiting. Great location also, very active part of town, many things within walking distance.

Great experience!
We have booked a 2 room apartment that was just enough for my family: 2 adults with 2 children (8 and 10 years old). The location is great!! Right in the middle of Tel Aviv, close to a mall and bus stations. Recomended if you want to live downtown :)

We really enjoyed the convenient location of this apartment. The main bed is pretty comfy and the kitchen is good. The shower on the bathroom flooded the floor which was a bit annoying. We loved the welcome book with all the local tips.

Since this is an apartment you have to contact the owners to meet up and set up the room. It is a great location. The room was clean. There is also a kitchen, washer and dryer. Great for a long stay in Tel Aviv.

First time trip to Tel Aviv, location was great, one block from Dizengoff street, easy walk to Carmel market, Rabin Square and Rothschild Blvd. Apartment was ready on time, owners were easy to communicate with. Parking in the street is a challenge, but the owner recommended a parking garage that work well. Great place to experience the streets of Tel Aviv.

great little apartment hotel
Nice little place in great central location however bit of a pain if you have a car as you need to park in the shopping centre car park down the road. Also not great if you have alot of luggage and as the lift stops at a half landing before your floor. But njoyed our stay and it has all utensils and cooking and washing equipment.

Found this hotel online and had 0 expectations. Ended up loving it so much that we stayed an extra night! The owner is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk to anywhere in the city and is right in the middle of the action without being chaotic right where the hotel is located. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent vacation rental
I have stayed in many hotels and vacation rentals and have never come across better service. Gali was an absolute gem and personally saw to it that we had a comfortable and stress free stay. The apartments were clean and spacious and the location couldn't be better. When I return to Tel Aviv I will be sure to stay at King George 83 apartment rentals!

Checking in problematic as there is no on-site registration and guest would need to call first or arrange a specific arrival time for person in charge to meet arrival. However, once contact is done, Gali, the manager, is very helpful and ensures stay is pleasant.

The apartment was well located, with plenty of places to eat and drink just feet away. Also just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach area. It was clean, good service and flexible check ins and check out. In summary, i would return and recomend it to anyone.

A Gem In Central Tel Aviv
We arrived two hours early and the owner was very accommodating in getting us settled quickly. The apartment is a large one bedroom condo sitting on the third floor of a quiet three story complex. Entry into the building is secured via a code and access to the the third floor is either by elevator or stairs. The code, keys and general instructions are supplied by the owner upon arrival. The apartment was very clean with lots of hot water and air conditioning. There is a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Although located on a busy street with a wine bar on the first floor of the building there was no issue with noise. There are many restuarants in the area as well as a major shopping mall a block away. Note that the entrance to the apartment is located slightly off of King George street. You will need to contact the owner buy phone upon arrival or make other meeting arrangements as the owner does not live in the building. This is not a problem as communications with the owner are excellent.

Great stay and perfect location
I was there for business and needed easy facilities, supermarket etc close by plus transport links. The apartment I was in was the standard one, still had a balcony and all the cooking utensils etc needed. Very thoughtful design and layout and felt very "new". They also arrange a cab for me at 3am fo the airport and everything was perfect.

Quase muito bom, pecou pela limpeza
As instalações, equipe de contato e o local são muitos bons. O apartamento dispõe de todos os equipamentos necessários à uma boa estadia. O ponto negativo é a limpeza, tanto das instalações quanto, principalmente, dos equipamentos da cozinha. O vidro do janelão da cozinha e sala pareciam que não eram limpos desde a época de Cristo.

Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’on rentre dans mon appartement pour me poser des publicités alors que je n’y étais pas et qu’on ne referme pas la clé à double tours .L’espace de la salle de bain est réduit ,Le sèche cheveux est inutilisable car pas de prise .
