The problem with this accommodation was that our bungalow was in a MOUNTAIN AREA. I was prepared that there is possibility to be accommodated in area which is away from the beach, but do not prepare us for climbing. i have never see such a camp in my life. It is very uncomfortable when you have small kids. Just to say the fact that bungalow was in this area isolated the whole family from all entertainment events. of course there was a tractor train, but not useful enough. it did not work in the afternoon so every day we had to climb to the bungalow after lunch, wearing my kids on my shoulders. So in a 10-15 min I could reach the final destination with running water out of me. It schedule is also not convenient for the adult events. So the whole vacation was just huge waste of money. The only positive side was the staff - very friendly people on reception and restaurant.

Arrivé dans le mobil home de nuit pour une seule nuit, suite à notre arrivee tardive a l'aéroport de barcelone et avant de nous rendre a port aventura. Toutes les fenêtres étaient ouverte. Il faisait un froid de canard. Les enfants ont du dormir avec leur manteau tellement il faisait froid. J'avais précisé 4 personnes mais j'avais seulement 3 couvertures individuelles. J'ai dû dormir avec ma veste et un drap seulement. Très mauvaise nuit pour tout le monde

Nos hemos quedado 1 solo día y ha sido genial. La atención del restaurante fue excelente y las mejores Bravas que me he comido han sido ésas. Lo único que me causó inconvenientes fue no contar con el cajero funcional, por lo que sugiero siempre llevar efectivo. Y la cantidad de personal en recepción sería también un aspecto por mejorar. Gracias por todo. Volveremos!

Estuvimos alojados 4 dias con familia, una niña de 8 años y una bebe de 1 año. He puesto una estrella al personal recalcando a la chicas de animación ha sido nefasto, horrible.No tenian nada de empatia con los niñ@s,el viernes con el karaoke infantil le dijeron a mi hija que no podia cantar porque la lista estava llena cuando estavan cantando señoras mayores, el sabado mañana no pudieron sacar la mascota porque se les echo el tiempo encima haciendo mascaras, por la tarde la rua de carnaval tenian que haber dado los premios a las 18:30h y a esa hora se empezó el concurso de disfrazes hasta las 20:00h de la tarde y a parte de sus favoretismos para ganar los premios no hicieron la minidisco, el domingo al bingo infantil se quedaron varios niñ@s sin poder jugar ya que no tenian suficientes cartones...y varias cosas mas de las tres chicas.Todo lo otro muy bien, el bungalow un poco viejo pero bien, las instalaciones tambien muy bien, el spa tambien muy bien y todo el otro personal muy agradables. Si no canvian de chicas de animacion nosotros no volveremos ya que es principal para que los niñ@s se lo pasen bien!

Las instalaciones para que jueguen los nenes están muy bien y el spa genial, los vestuarios del spa muy justitos y la casita muy justa, pensaba que había una cama grande y lo que había eran dos pequeñas, las 4 camas restantes estaban plegadas contra las paredes. Así que para dormir no era muy cómodo. Y había que hacer un Tetris para poder sacarlas. Pero por lo demás todo perfecto 😃

Cuando lleguemos nos dieron un bungalow donde al lado había gente alojada con perro suelto, fuimos a recepción a que nos cambiarán de bungalow y nos dieron otro totalmente dejado... Sucio con cosas rotas, en la cocina con grasa no iba la luz del estractor. En el sofá tuvimos que poner una colcha porque estaba pegajoso y sucio. El cajón de los cubiertos roto tenías que abrirlo con cuidado.

Cuando encendimos la ducha comenzaron a salir gusanos muy pequeños (pero muchos) de las juntas del plato ducha. Avisamos en recepción y en teoría fueron a limpiar pero al intentar ducharnos de nuevo volvían a salir gusanos, no tantos pero seguía habiendo dos días después. El resto tampoco es que estuviese extremadamente limpio..y muy antiguo todo

El camping está bien, aunque había muchísima gente,el camping es grandísimo y estamos acostumbrados a campings más pequeños. Lo mejor,las piscinas de los niños y la playa.

La experiencia fue horrorosa. Bungalows sucios, descuidados, roturas en sofás con tornillos al aire, telas de araña a simple vista, el plato de ducha.... asqueroso. El bungalow tiene un acceso por un camino de piedras cuesta abajo por el que tienes que acceder marcha atrás, a un lado la montaña, al otro 4 aparcamientos, que si tienes suerte uno de esos aparcamientos es el tuyo, arriesgandote a llevar un rascazo, pero esos aparcamientos no son de un bungalow concreto, son del primero que lo coja. Si no hay sitio te vas buscar un sitio donde puedas montaña arriba o abajo. Si a alguien le dan los bungalows Bellavista.... Que se lo piense....

Las piscinas más bien justas, con tanta gente, y el spa le hace falta un poco de limpieza tema piscina, etc...por lo demás muy bien todo,el bungalow justito,para 4 personas, poca insonorización se escucha por la noche la gente que está en sus parcelas, personal de 10.el mirador genial,las crepes...el trenecito...los espectáculos...todo muy bien

Bon rapport qualité / prix.
Nous nous sommes arrêtés juste pour une nuit. Les draps et les serviettes inclus étaient un plus. Rapport qualité/prix correct. Nous n’avons pas pris le temps de profiter des installations et animations donc pas d’avis à donner.
