Right inside the airport, very convenient location. Price is also reasonable. Being the first timer, however, I found the bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected. Also hard to fall asleep when there were other guests moving around nearby.

This is a fantastic little hostel right in Taoyuan Airport, pretty much exactly what you'd want for an early morning flight or layover. It's clean and organized, with neat little touches like free earplugs, eye masks, and a small bag of tea. I only had a backpack so space wasn't as much of an issue, but if you have luggage, there is no locked area to leave it. Further, you have almost no room in your pod to open up your bags (assuming it even fits in your pod). It would be nice to have individual locked cubbies for valuables. The other thing is if you're on the top level pods, it's pretty hard to get in and out. You are at a height that requires use of the ladder, and if you have a heavy backpack or need to hold things, you kind of have to maneuver down with everything while still holding the ladder. I recommend this place but it might be better to try and book a room if you have lots of items.

A nice place to stay for an overnight layover. Very clean and people did their best to keep quiet for the most part but earplugs are also provided. There is a convenience store right outside and lots of places to sit and eat which was great especially since eating is not allowed inside. Not sure how late the store stays open but I arrived late and was able to get a snack and drink after 12am.

Arrived at midnight. There were a couple of people in the tiny front desk area. It’s crowded and chaotic. The staff were hurry to check the guests in. So they were busy and pretty much in a routine making people feel “you’re not welcome but let’s go through this process”. The property is clean but not quiet. People accessed their luggage in and out making a lot of noises (even were told not to when checking in). Seems I’m the only one taking luggage out and accessing it in the hallway.

It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel and it was very pleasant. I actually got some good sleep and it was comfortable. It’s also very clean. The tea given was also very good. If i ever have another long lay over i will definitely stay again.

Great property to stay at for one night. Facilities were very clean and the beds comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like was the location of the washrooms. Something to take into consideration is that you if you are a light sleeper, you will not get much sleep because people arrive at all hours of the night and or leave. Since the washrooms are near the main entrance you can hear everything.

I love small cozy spaces. Perfect for my layover because I didn’t have to leave airport. You do have to go through immigrations than the arrival area. Find the escalator to the 3rd floor where check in counters are. Then walk down past counter 22, go up a second escalator and you are there. In the morning you just go down to 3rd level for check in and security. Very convenient, much better than sleeping on floor at gate.

It’s a little tough to find- you have to go to the observatory at the end of the airport to go up to the 5th floor. Towels can be rented. Convenient for an early morning flight. Good WiFi.

Very hard to get any rest with the stream of people coming and going and the packing noises in the room. Hotel itself was clean though.

This small capsule hotel is a very welcome add to Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. The place appears brand new. The price is about 1/3 of what you would pay in a full service hotel. The sleeping accommodations were very well done. Two levels. Nice comfortable mattress and amenities--Shower, nice bathroom (shared, down the hall), free tea upon check-in. Excellent!

My first time in Taiwan. Solo female traveler. Had a very pleasant stay at CHO Stay Capsule Hotel. Place is so convenient, inside the Terminal 2 of Taoyuan Airport. Make sure you take the 5th floor of the elevator in the Southside area of the terminal not the Northside. Both southside & northside have rest areas, restaurants, deck observatory, but Family Mary is close to the capsule hotel. In the Departure Hall, you see numbers for the Airlines, look & walk towards 21,22. There’s an elevator from 3rd floor (Departure Hall) to 5th floor. I got lost so, hopefully, this will help you. Staff in capsule hotel are very friendly & know English very well. You can have your luggage inside the capsule room. My capsule is actually bigger than I thought. I stayed in 10-capsules area. Family Mart is so convenient for my breakfast. I brought my own towel. Capsule provides body wash, shampoo, earplugs if needed. Even gave me complimentary tea. Safe & secure. Taipei Main Station is about 40 minutes by train from Terminal 2. Again, so convenient! There’s MRT, train system, in the airport (basement) you can take to Taipei. That’s how I explored 101 Taipei Tower & Shilin Night Market. Easycard can be purchased at MRT stations. There’s also shopping area for souvenirs, as you go down the escalators down to MRT station. Have fun in Taiwan & explore!
