We were given a room which was old and run down. Furniture was falling apart. It didn't look at all like the pictures on your website. We complained and were moved to a much better room on a high floor. Dinner on Thursday was terrible. The food was not fresh. Breakfast is ok. Dinner on Friday night was great. The sulfur pool is not included. It's an extra charge at this hotel. Convenient beach access. Nice beach. Nice pools. Great views from the rooms. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe not even a 4 star...

Total dump. Run down. Dirty. Old. Not maintained. Rude front desk staff. The dry sauna wood is rotten and infested. Two of the four elevators are broken.

Avoid peak time
The hotel was too crowded. Will avoid peak times in future as barely a square foot to move in the swimming pool. Paid a lot of money and did not fully enjoy because the hotel was overcrowded.

We got a room on the top floor (12) and our room was perfect! Amazing view of Dead Sea from the balcony. Sunrise was absolutely gorgeous. Bed with huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and convenient. Dinner and breakfast buffet where good. Staff seems to be in training and was not super helpful. Pool and beach are very nice. Unfortunately it close very early. I think best time to enjoy pool when sun is down. Please consider keeping it open longer.

Very Old and not clean
We ask king bed boy got to small beds , In the bathroom, the floors are broken and the toilet does not work. Old elevators that get stuck. Overall an unpleasant experience

Excelent view and location
The hotel is very well located right in front of the beach. The rooms are comfortable with a very nice view of the sea. The breakfast is very tasty and complete. I would stay at Vert Hotel again

Good place to stay by the Dead See
One of the best places to stay by the Dead Sea. The place is pricy, but it's worth it. The high costs includes the full meal option, but you want find a lot of other option around in the middle of a desert. So, if you want to have a worry-free vacation there, it's worth to pay extra. The hotel is right on the beach and has all ameneties that you need. Two down sides. First, the parking is almost non-existing there. You will be sent for off-site parking whis is almost always full. Be aware that people there don't know how to part and will occupy a double space. Second issue that free tea/coffee (included in the price) were only avalibale for a breakfast. If you want to have tea/coffee after breakfast time, that was extra. That was a bit annoying giving how much we paid for that place. Despite that, I recommend this place for a stay at Dead Sea

Know that though parking is free, it is off site. The hotel provides a shuttle to get you to your car. The hotel and the grounds were clean and well kept. For us, besides the view from our room, the best part was easy and direct access to the Dead Sea whenever we wanted to take a dip.

Great hotel. Fantastic sea view from hotel room which was large and comfortable. Had a good nights sleep on the king size bed. Room was very clean and tidy. Beach is right next to hotel. Very short walk past the hotel swimming pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent the choices were vast. Not much outside the hotel. Small shopping mall but that’s not why you come here.

The location and proximity to the Dead Sea was good and dinning was overall good. There was not enough chairs to use at the beach. The beef and lamb meat were tough at times.

Perfect hotel for the Dead Sea
This is the best hotel to stay in if you’re visiting the Dead Sea. We stayed for one night on our honeymoon, we booked a gorgeous room with a balcony and sea view that did not disappoint. The swimming pool was lovely, plenty of sun loungers and we were right on the hotels private beach which had a gorgeous lagoon that you could float in.

Worst hotel
Front desk check in was very unpleasant… the receptionist was rude and unsmiling. Needed to change rooms due to unpleasant smell and draws that were not working properly, also balcony window door was very hard to open. In the new Room, floors dirty, Pillows very lumpy! Bathroom toilet needed to press it several times to flush it, the bath too high to get in and out of and the aircon that didn’t work properly. The lift didn’t work and we got stuck. I could go on…. I will never go to the hotel again!
