This stay was a big disappointment. The shower was extremely small. Im around 1,7cm small and I almost didn’t fit in there, as the sealing was really low. Can’t imagine what people with taller height would do there. Also, when people in the other room started cooking, the ventilation in my room started to make a really loud noise. And all the cooking smell from the other apartment came into mine. Was not really pleasant to wake up to those smells and noise. There goes a tramroad next to the house and it’s really loud. So, if you want a quiet sleep, dont pick this place. Can definitely find better places for this money.

Stone cold room on arrival
The heating was not on at all when I arrived and I had to turn on the radiator myself. I had an online meeting and had to keep my winter coat on during the entire thing. It took over five hours for the room to be acceptable. I realise saving energy is very important, but the heating could have been turned on for example the morning of my arrival. This was not acceptable in any way.

The apartment is within walking distance of the port (I took the ferry from Helsinki). The room was small, as expected. The only two things that were annoying was 1) The shower curtain should add weights to the bottom so that it hangs straight and provides more room when in the shower. 2) When accessing the loft, you do need to bend over in order to enter from the stairs. This apartment is not suited for elderly people. The bed and room were comfortable. Fan was provided (nice). Microwave, Refrigerator, TV. Within walking distance of two grocery stores in the Old City. One Complaint is with Expedia. They sent me a message the the Apartments did not have a front desk (NOT TRUE). During normal hours, the front desk always had a person available. Expedia told me that I had to contact the hotel 24 hours Tallinn, I was not sure if I was going to be able to access the apartment or not. Fortunately, Expedia caused me to worry for no reason. If you don't have bad knees or are taller than 6' 2", I recommend the hotel.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Apartment was mostly clean, aside from the dishes in the cabinets not being clean. Glasses had a sticky residue left in them and the skillets had grease in them. Food was stuck on the silverware, someone needs to check this instead of trusting the last person who stayed in the apartment to clean properly. The shower is difficult because the curtain does not go to the floor and soaks the whole floor instead of just inside the pvc box-and the squeegee can’t get the water over it. Don’t leave anything on the floor!

A nice, clean and warm apartment. Loft bed was low on headroom (I'm 5' 7" and couldn't stand upright) but it was comfortable.

Great location and lovely staff
The Angleterre apartments were lovely and clean. We decided to say in their largest room Birgitta which was an excellent size. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming as well despite the fact that we arrived quite late at night. The only downside to this apartment was the bed. It wasn’t particularly comfy and we struggled to get a good sleep but everything else was excellent.

Really good location just outside old town and close to the docks. Its a little hard to find reception which is why they show a picture of the front door. There is only a little sign to the side of it near an archway to show you are in the right place. The door you need to go into is not through the archway but the only nearby doorway to the side. Everything inside the apartment was nice and clean. Wifi was not working the first night but was fine the second night. Extra pillows would have been nice as the bed only had these little flat things. We grabbed some couch pillows so we could sleep a little better. One note is that reception is not there at all hours. They leave at midnight so you will need to call them if you need to check in later than that. I am not sure how early they get there but people were there when i left at 7am. They also have luggage storage on site.

Up-to-date Loft Apartment right outside Old Town
We like the simple and minimalist design style of this little LOFT apartment. It has everything you needed packed in a small space. The apartment seemed to be new and up-to-date. There’s a small kitchen which is sufficient for very simple cooking. Be mindful that the limited ventilation is definitely not enough for large scale cooking. The living room and dining area is quite compact but it was good enough for our short stay. The bed room area has a very low ceiling, so it might be a concern for people taller than 5ft 8. For us, it’s perfectly okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is just right outside the old town with a 5-min walk to the entrance gate of Old Town. There were plenty dining options nearby.

It’s a lovely apartment well situated on the edge of the old town and close to the ferries. Both my husband and i found the bed to be way too hard. He decided to sleep on the sofa for both nights!!!

This apartment hotel was wonderful! For the price you can't beat the condition of it and location. It was updated and brand new with modern appliances and very clean. The location is absolutely perfect for everything. It is basically right next to Old Town but still within walking distance of the ferry port. It is an easy tram ride from the airport/train or bus station. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. Only possible drawback is for taller people, as the loft style apartment has a bedroom upstairs and the ceiling is a little low but who goes on vacation to sleep!?

Good experience with the hotel. However, the queen size bed is in the loft and somewhat cramped in the loft, making access to the bathroom downstairs inconvenient. One has to climb over the bed to get down to the bathroom. .

We thought use of space was great nice size room for 2 , area was amazing , apartment nice & warm... an price was really Fantastic ...... we were disappointed in bathroom , mouldy sealant needs replaced , hated shower curtain ( hygiene)& there was hairs from previous occupants in bathroom ,bedroom was on a mezimeen level but the last three stairs were lethal both myself & my husband missed bottom one with him injuring his foot ... so id say mayb not suit for everyone ..... i would still recommend but we wouldnt return .

Great location across the road from Tallinn old town. Liked the quality of the furnishings and the way the apartment was styled, stylish and cheery. A nice place to sit after a day's sightseeing. Comfortable sofa, fridge very useful and lots of cups and cutlery.

This accommodation is at an excellent location. The old town is 5 minutes away from it. The apartment is outstanding. It is very well designed and cozy. I had everything in there what I needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful except one well dressed old guy who told me that he was only there to give me the key and for help. He was very rude when I told him that I wanted to take a picture of my receipt since I didn't get a copy of it.
