This hotel was incredibly convenient (it's literally right next to a bus stop and a 7-11). I was also incredibly impressed with how big the hotel room was and how beautiful the interior of the lobby and hotel room was. The bathtub was exquisite and the amenities were super awesome. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Taichung!!

We had a corner room with separate bedroom. Breakfast included a wide variety of foods (but no pastries). Cleaner was lovely. Front desk staff would show some interest if you spoke directly to their face but otherwise were uninterested in my stay.

Property was great! Only thing was the curtains had small holes, as if they had been moth-eaten or something. The area around the property was okay.

Very quality hotel with high CP value.

The exterior building looks normal and dated. But surprisingly the interior room is impressive and nicely decorated. Good room space and comfy bed. Especially the toiletry amenities nice fragrance smell like spa products. Breakfast is local authentics good and delicious. Location is 10mins walk from Railway Station and nearby to night market. Overall, very satisfied is value worth and highly recommend this hotel chain in Taichung and other cities.

Generally it was average. However, the room cleaning was less than average. One day they forgot to re-supply toilet paper. Another day, the trash cans were left in room. Stuff showed no smile and just do the job attitude. Further checking, their salary are only NT$24,000 (US$800) a month. No wonder!

This is a great hotel for price and location, usually my go-to while I'm on business trips. This last visit the bathtub faucet and the water kettle in my room were broken. It's the first time in ten trips something was broken but maybe it's time for the hotel to do a review of the facilities. This hotel is always clean and breakfast and coffee are good.

Absolutely wonderful!

This place was amazing! We are currently living in Taiwan and trying to take advantage of staying places around the island. Staying here was actually a last minute decision for New Year's Eve and this hotel was probably the best place we have stayed yet! It was so modern and clean and the staff at the desk was so helpful and kind. My favorite part: the bathroom! So spacious with a bathtub and a wonderful shower. This place is a must stay!

Staff are friendly and hotel close to night market and Tai Chung Station. Room is spacious. Only one thing need to improve is the shower water pressure.

Great joint, incredible value

Very nice hotel at a great value. Had three great sleeps. Breakfast was good, though I usually just drink coffee. Service very good, left the coffee machine running one morning when I woke up and missed the breakfast time. Were also willing to make a plate, though I declined. Bathrooms really nice with deep tubs and good water pressure in showers. There is a night market very close, which took care of dinner. Anyway, a really good hotel at a great value.

Excellent stay, comfortable with great service

Best choice of hotel in Taichung, great location and service. Rooms are not the most spacious, but still very comfy and comes with a large bath-tub. Great city views from the bathroom even.

Nice hotel, good effort into decorations. A bit of a hike from the train station if you have luggage, paths are not flat.

It is not an NON-SMOKING hotel

We checked in the hotel during the Chinese Lunar New Year and had smelled for two nights. When we call the front dest to claim about this issue, the front desk person was not helping. At the first night, the person told us to open the window and turn on the FAN.... At the second night, the person said they can't control the customer who would like to be fined by smoking. This was a very disapoininting stay.

Staff was service oriented and offers solutions to your queries when they have no required facilities in the hotel like a laundry room. An epitomy of "no wrong door" service. Excellent effort.

hotel was very close to the train station, very easy to spot, due to building was red on outside, customer service was helpful, room very clean and comfy

Lovely modern place - bit short of headroom

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Great service, all very modern and new, very helpful, well-appointed, but a couple of gripes. Most annoying was the headroom - I'm 6'4" (193cm), which is tall but not exceptional. In some places between the lift and my room, I had to duck to avoid banging my head - very surprising in a modern place like this. A minor gripe is that there was nowhere to hang any towels to dry in the bathroom. Traffic noise was a bit annoying but I soon slept anyway.

Room was clean and the hotel breakfast is very good. The only problem is that you must check out on 11:00 and not on 12:00 as in all other hotels.

My experience was wonderful , love the room , staff at the front desk very friendly and helful , location was perfectly convenient. Theres nothing i could ask more , im sure will come back to stay here if i return to taichung .
