I was so impressed with the staff’s ability to accommodate me with their English! The room was perfect for what was needed, and the location, whilst a 12 min walk from the station, it was wonderfully QUIET and restful. Would definitely recommend!

It took a while to find out the hotel. I took a taxi from Tachikawa station.
It cost me 500 yen. It is 15 minutes walk from the station. The hotel is clean, staffs are nice. The best thing is breakfast; buffet style.

Very reliable Wi-Fi. Excellent coffee and a healthy and tasty wonderful breakfast. Very clean everywhere. Very thoughtful room amenities - so thankful for a desktop mirror. Everyone at the front desk and the breakfast room is consistently courteous. I stayed here three times within a year and just loved it and don't want to stay anywhere else when in Tachikawa.

Very very comfortable bed and pillow. Very clean everywhere. Wonderful breakfast. Above sufficient amenities. Very professional staff. Very reliable WiFi connection. I don't want to try any other hotel in Tachikawa because HOTEL MYSTAYS Tachikawa is simply wonderful!!!

Room was smaller than the last three times we were there, but it’s a clean and efficient budget hotel. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

The Hotel Was, Ok. Not What I Was Expecting The Smoking Are on The Hallway Had A Very Strong Smell Of Nicotine, The Smell Of Nicotine Was So Bad That It Got Me Sick, I Hadn't Check Out A Day Early Because Of It, Other Than That It Was Ok.

The room was clean and comfortable and well equipt. The breakfast had a nice variety of both Japanese and western food available every day and was delicious and the good coffee, too. The staff was always pleasant and very helpful whenever I needed assistance- making copies, calling a cab, and looking up information about the local establishments.

Air condition is central located and the room becomes very hot at night. Make sure you notice that the bedsheets and linen service is only twice a week on some discount bookings. I left my booking after the 2nd night.

As you said, the air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled, but the room temperature can be set from the panel on the wall. We apologize for our lack of explanation.

What I liked = Staff 1st class both day and nightshift.
Not liked = Room small, a little outdated, very hard western style beds.
Not liked = A bit of a walk from Tachikawa Station.
Liked = On site real massage services room1st floor near lobby check in past elevators.
