Layout of the appartment was great, great location. However it was tired and except for recently updated stone benchtops the cabinets are original and in need of updating. Some of the tables were unstable and a little dangerous as well as the lamps in the second bedroom. Resort facilities were great but the upselling of Wyndam holiday packages was a little too uncomfortable. I had to say im not interested at least 4 or 5 times and we only stayed 1 night. Not sure i would want to say at Wyndham properties too often purely because of the pushing for their Wyndham packages. The spa bath also did not work. Which was a shame.

We put a strong focus on room experience, and we are constantly trying to improve the quality through upgrades and renovations with the consent of the unit owners. Therefore, this will be passed on to them for further assessment. Your feedback regarding the room maintenance has also been passed on to our Maintenance Manager so that they can investigate further and address all the issues. The feedback regarding the marketing agents upon check-in has also been passed on to the Sales manager so that he can remind the team about the standards and procedures on customer service. An impromptu weekend away saw us book the Ramada at Marcoola Beach. Check in was efficient. We were then shown around the resort by Sarah from guest services. We didn't like the hard sell to attend one of the presentations over the weekend to join the Wyndham Club - we are both extremely busy at work and enjoyed a weekend away from city life without commitments. We didn't appreicate the pressure to attend a presentation. The room was small and musty but thankfully we enjoyed relaxing around the pool and on our balcony. It was disappointing for the price per night that the room was not serviced daily - you have to stay a week to have the room serviced, yet we only booked a hotel room for two nights and were not advised that there was no house keeping. Parking was also an issue on the Saturday afternoon/eveing as there was a wedding and all undercover parks were taken.f Close to beach so we enjoyed beach walks and cafes across the road offered a great selection of food choices.

Our stay started with having to wait over 40mins after check in time for our room to be ready. The room is not really well set up for the 3 bedrooms with only one air conditioner in the living area. The beds were not comfortable for the price you have to pay. And only having one key for 5 people was very inconvenient. Overall our experience was very poor and will definitely not be recommending to others.

The pool and easy access to the beach was the best part of the property. The staff members that was meant to tell us where everything was and how to find our room was not interested in doing so once we said we weren’t interested in the timeshare meeting. The room was not cleaned very well and there wasn’t any air conditioning in the bedroom and the amenities in the room weren’t very modern at all. Very disappointed.

A very relaxing holiday destionation! Great location. Fantastic pool. Clean apartment. We stayed 3 nights but it felt like we were there longer (in a good way). Not too happy about the hard sell by a staff member at check in to attend a meeting to find out about the hotel's rewards program, otherwise I would have rated 'staff and service' higher.

This unit needs a good clean(back of entry door covered in dirty fingerprints, etc and repaint. No pictures on the walls. Aircon very rusted on top. This particular unit is also very noisy with street noise, maybe double glazing would be appropriate and that would also help with having to have blinds down most of the time due to people being able to look in from the footpath and street.

Great hotel next to Airport
Great hotel that is close to the airport. Has an awesome pool and backs onto the beach. The hotel has equipment that you can use for beach and also bikes to ride along the pathway. Across the road is some places to eat or you can take the bus (stop about 100m away) to Maroochydore for more variety and shopping.

Enjoyed our stay.
Lovely check in with friendly staff and another lady who explains where to go to find your car park and room. She was awesome. We had a one bedroom apartment which was spacious, as it had a large living separate from the good size bedroom. The only downside was the lounge chairs were well worn and sunk down very low as the padding has gone flat. Originally we booked a room with 2 single beds. We upgraded to the 1 bed apartment but the bed was a queen when we arrived, and couldn't be split. The staff were so helpful and gave us a rollway bed that was normal single size. The pool was heated and lovely to swim in. The restaurant had amazing service and the best food.
