Nice and clean! I hope the property can be strict on the parking. I noticed that people parked on the fire line, No Parking and Disabled Parking areas. One morning my car was blocked in and I had to wait long time to get it out.

Price & comfort great IF you bring needed extras !
Finding dorm building was difficult as signs were very small and in French only. Parking by building limited to 6 spots. Main parking is at bottom of long steep hill. I would have liked a heads up about that as I am over 60 with disabilities. While student staff was bilingual errors in communication did occur. I WAS DENIED lowest price hotel club guarantee and charged price at time of booking not price day of arriving which was $20 a night cheaper. Upon arrival neither the TV cable nor room phone (I have no cell phone) was hooked up and had to be done that evening. Air conditioning under control of building not guest so rooms were too hot/humid. Bedrooms have no bedside tables to put a box of kleenex or eye glasses on, and therefore no lamps for reading in bed at night. Great kitchen and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable with lots of drawer storage underneath. Despite deficiencies if I were staying in town 3 or more nights I would stay there again knowing what extra things to bring to compensate for problems (like plastic end table, lamp and fan) and knowing now how to get there.

Had a great stay here - what would make it even better is if there were Keurig or similar coffee systems for the guests to use, either in rooms or central area. Otherwise everything is just as good as most other types of accommodations. I would most definitely stay here again

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff were very professional. I would suggest that they inform customers that the doors to the individual rooms close behind and the main door key is not able to open.

There is very little parking at the front door. I had to leave very early the next morning and someone parked halfway across the front of my car in a no parking zone. No one was parked beside me so I was able to get out but the other car parked on my other side could not.

In general I liked the place. Still, there is room for improvement. First, the air conditioner was too loud and no way to turn it off. We did not need it, since it was not hot and we opened windows, but it stubbornly refuse to shut off and made it hard to fall asleep. I noticed a spider in my room - no big deal, but I'd rather have a room without insects. Parking was a bit weird: the parking lot in front of the main entrance was too small, and the staff suggested I park in the disabled parking stop, and when I felt hesitant suggested to use a bigger parking lot far away from the entrance. They need to be more reassuring about parking as most people like me were trained to avoid disabled parking. Finally, when I came to check out there was no one at the front desk, only a message that the staff will be there between 15 to 30 minutes. I needed to catch a ferry and had no time to waste and there was no way to call them, so I got worried, but luckily someone came shortly. I feel there either has to be a bell to call someone OR have a key drop box. Other than that my stay there was enjoyable!

This is a very clean and quiet property with very fast free wifi. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you get a room on the second floor..there are no elevators. Parking is limited close by but more parking spaces are available a short walk away.I also found that the mattresses could be better quality. I would return as the location was excellent for me when visiting family..and..you can’t beat the price!
