Price is right. I was a little more than disappointed about the cleanliness of my room. I found months worth of dust and dirt hidden under the bed, as well as someone's sandels and old candies. The entertainment center (tv) was so distuI think my handprint will remain there for sometime. Desk clerk was super friendly though and I did feel safe in my room. Just not very clean.

The staff was very pleasent and respectful. The room for its cost is amazing. Love the fact there's a back door. Beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed

Front desk was friendly at check in. Unit had not been fully cleaned, snow on walk way and parking lot had not been cleared, even from one day to next. Hopefully not a regular event here, but 5 police officers arrived and questioned a man in the next unit while I was unloading.

I liked the safety and staff. The welcome I received was disappointing, and I had made a reservation in good time. The staff warmed in time but I couldn’t shake the introduction where I was yelled at to wait.

The other guests were pleasant. We had to wait 5 minutes before someone came to the desk for che k in. The walls were dirty and need of paint job Plus there was an alarm from their landline going off every 15 minutes. Didn't sleep at all

Arrive at 2:20 pm, no front desk staff, pushed button saying front desk will come in 10 minutes when pushed, 30 minutes later someone comes, employee's walled by me several times while waiting, said nothing. Other than that Hotel was fine by cheap hotel standards, Brent Stoney Creek
