Pretty boutique hotel with a nice breakfast. Although checkin was a bit slow, the staff was helpful and kind. They also called me within 20 minutes of my departure to tell me I'd left my iPad/Tablet in my room. So professional and so kind!! I was able to run back and get it. I would stay here again but on a higher floor (my first floor room was near street & foot traffic and a bit loud all night through 0400). Stay on a higher and/or interior floor, if possible. Parking is just next door. There are about 10 tight parking spots designated just for the hotel. Very convenient! Lovely place!

We really enjoyed this hotel. Modern, relaxing, secure parking, and close to the train station. Staff was excellent and we enjoyed both the breakfast and the bar. I would definitely consider staying here again and possibly other HARBR hotels.

Nice, new hotel within walking distance to downtown and the train station. Extremely affordable breakfast with fresh and delicious breakfast items. Friendly staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area. Stayed at this hotel twice while traveling in Germany.

Great Hotel!
Great hotel and location! Excellent, well-appointed and clean room (with a full shower door, not the norm in European hotels) with a delicious breakfast and attentive staff! Walking distance to local Pumpkin Festival. Highly recommend!

Great experience for business travel
Great experience. Easy check in - staff helpful - very cheap on street parking outside main entrance. Lots of great options for dinner in the evenings with surrounding restaurants and bars. Hotel bar was also very good and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

What a perfect place! I traveled with my two kids (without spouse) and felt completely safe here. The staff were beyond nice and friendly. We enjoyed the boat theme in the room and thought it was very clean and spacious. I also enjoyed the restaurant; we ate there for dinner and breakfast. It was superb. I will definitely stay here again in future travels.

Die 2-3 minütige Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof, Busbahnhof und S-Bahn Station ist einfach überragend! Sehr leckeres uns vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer sind neu, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. In Ludwigsburg hat es eine sehr große Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Ich konnte in der Umgebung des Hotels mit nur 4-10 Minuten Fußweg sehr gut und lecker Essen. Ich hatte 2 Aufenthalte innerhalb von 3 Monaten. Daher gilt meine Bewertung 1 zu 1 für beide Aufenthalte.

Nach einem Zwischenfall in der Nacht (Feuermelder um 2 Uhr weckte Gäste, niemand wusste, was los ist. Gäste gingen teils in Nachtwäsche raus auf die Straße zu einer Sammelstelle) keine Infos am folgenden Tag oder Entschuldigung beim Auschecken. M.E. hätte das Hotelmanagement eine aufklärende oder entschuldigende Nachricht an die betroffenen Hotelgäste schicken können.

Es stimmt, es gab einen Feueralarm in dieser Nacht und entsprechend der gesetzlichen Regelung wird dann eine Evakuierung für das Hotel eingeleitet. Auch wir wissen erstmal nicht, was genau der Fall ist, daher sind auch wir auf das Ankommen der Feuerwehr angewiesen, die sicherstellen, dass keine Gefahr vorhanden ist.Was dennoch hätte stattfinden sollen, ist eine entsprechende Rückmeldung unserer Mitarbeiter bei der Abreise, hierfür entschuldigen wir uns und nehmen dies zum Anlass hier nach zu schulen. Das Hotel ist in Bahnhofsnähe und es ist alles wichtige und vor allem sehenswerte der Stadt per pedes locker erreichbar. Absolut zuvorkommende und nette Mitarbeiter und ein sehr sauberes,modernes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern:-)

Wir haben Rücksprache gehalten mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen und haben hierbei eine weitere Perspektive gewonnen. Für uns sind gesetzliche Vorgaben keine Option, sondern eine Normalität, dass dies und einiges mehr Ihren Aufenthalt getrübt hat bedauern wir sehr. Wir wissen, dass die Hürden bei neuen Konzepten, wie dem unseren relativ hoch sind, sind aber stets bemüht unsere Gäste hierzu an Bord zu holen. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es aber einige gute und günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir sagen Ahoi und bis bald bei uns im schönen Ludwigsburg

Very nice and modern hotel. Parking in the basement is convenient. Small but good breakfast. Unfortunately my room was way too warm and it was not possible to adjust in the room. No improvement the second day, even after contacting the reception.

Alle unsere Mitarbeiter sind verpflichtet und geschult zu klopfen und eine Reaktion abzuwarten bevor Sie das Zimmer für Reparaturen oder Reinigung betreten dürfen.
