Hello, Lincoin Motel is a very old facility. We care about the safety of our guests. None of our rooms are accessible. The entrance of the room is raised 6”from the outside. The room category you have booked is the smallest room we have, and it does not have space to move around with a walker inside the room. Since none of the rooms are accessible, you should not have booked our facility, as we never claimed our facility as accessible. Besides that, you had an accident on the bed. Due to this, all the linens, blanket, bed spread, towels, bath tub were all contaminated and infected due to the accident. The incidental 70 you were charged did not cover even 25% of the restoration cost. You are no longer welcome on our property in future. Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience in your stay with us. If your stay was terrible the first time, then you should have stayed on the street. From your review, it seems you would love to sleep on the street. You also stayed until 11:50, 50 minutes after check-out. You are responsible for our key and where to place it correctly. So we had no choice but to charge you 20. As for your bed bug complaint, you must be delusional because as for our other guests, we have 0 complaints and we know that you wrote this statement because you want to defame our property. In your review, you stated "On top of that some of their rooms have bed bugs.", so you have stayed in more than 2 rooms. Again this is proof that you are stating false reviews. We think you need to go back to school.

We are confused on what basis would it be terrible. You were not accommodated because you were unable to present ID and credit card at the front desk. Please refrain from making any comments as you did not stay with us

As per our motel policy, we are only allowed to give the room to the primary guest. The room can not be occupied by non-registered third person on next day in the absence of primary guest. In the case that the room is transferred to another guest without any notification, we must collect a deposit from the new guest. This is why you were asked for a deposit in the later part of your stay.
