It was section 8 housing (low income)! Not a hotel! The rooms were dirty, people were not clean, hotel lobby was dirty. Everything was dirty and extremely run down. The room was tiny, you could barely get around the bed and you could not pull out the desk chair (which was broken anyways). I would never recommend this hotel, even if the thing reserving the room was an ant. The ant would run away!

We stopped here while travelling through and chose it because it had free breakfast and wifi and a decent rate and it was very late. My mistake was not reading the reviews. As soon as we walked into the building we felt uncomfortable. There was a small group of people loitering and smoking and no one at the front desk. Someone came shortly and although she was not unfriendly, she spoke very little and told us nothing about where to go or if/when/where was breakfast. The hotel seemed very drab and dirty overall. The bathroom had a bad odour and one of the towels was badly stained and another had hair on it. The sink drained very slowly and smelled as if the drain had something plugging it. Our window was open when we got in the room as well. We were on the ground floor and so concerned about why it would be left open. The bed seemed fine, sheets appeared to be clean but the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The wifi did not work. We decided to get up early to leave as we did not want to stay any longer than necessary. There was no one in the breakfast area and the coffee machine was out of order, this was at 7am. The lady that checked us in was in the back room of the desk and ignored us as we left. We were never so happy to be out of somewhere.

It was so dirty and the front desk attendant was so bitter. Not a smile and barely a word. Our prsenece seemed to ruin her day. I have never seen anything like it.

Unfriendly staff, never a "thank you" or "welcome". Severely understaffed. "Breakfast" was coffee and a granola bar. Hotel is way off the road, back behind a truck stop on a rural road. Room was basically clean, but there were a few hairs in the bathroom and no stopper for the tub. Unlikely I would ever go back.

Half the towels in my room were dirty/stained but folded as if they were clean. Room looked like it had not been thoroughly been cleaned since previous guest. Was noisy due to other guests all night and walls are thin so you could hear people the next room over clearly. Will not be returning.

One towel for 2 people. No place close to get food no microwave in the room in the middle of no where only 3 tv channels to watch. Very limited breakfast choices and the coffee maker was broken. Was very inconvenient not having a car because you have to travel for everything.

Facility is in desperate need of remodel. There’s not 1 single lamp in room. Badly stained window cushion. TV gets just a few blurry channels. Refused refund when I left to stay elsewhere.

This property really made me reconsider staying in hotels during my business travels. I would have never imagined that I would have to move to a different room because the room I was given was absolutely disgusting. There was still dirty underwear and trash in the drawer. After going back and forth with the front desk about wanting my money back so that I could go to another hotel I was placed in another room. This room was slightly cleaner yet had weird yellow sticky food all over the walls, loose lightbulbs on the window sill and it made for just a terrible experience. I just did not understand why this hotel could not understand that their rooms were absolutely dirty! I should have been offered a refund so that I could go elsewhere. Instead they fought me every step of the way and in the end just outright refused to help me. The solution was “ I can let you try another room” as if this was some joke. Honestly the whole experience was terrible and I would not recommend to anyone it felt unsafe, the location is super weird and hard to access. I was just taken back and honestly would have appreciated a little understanding from the front desk. Rather than acting upset with the feedback, some accountability on their end would have gone a long way. I completely understand things happen but this was not it! From the dirtiness to the way it was handled was just wrong. After being in my second room I just left without my hard earned money. I was done fighting for a clean room.

This hotel was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. There was urine all over the toilet bowl and the water in the toilet was dirty looking. There were holes in the wall, missing art work from the wall with holes where it was hung, the sheets and pillow cases had stains everywhere. We were forced to stay coming home from NYC and there was a bad snow fall that did not allow us to drive home and this was the closest hotel. If I knew it was this gross, I’d have risked my safety to drive elsewhere. Staff was also extremely slow and rude and when we checked out didn’t even acknowledge us for 3 minutes so we just left. Not to mention it was hard to find behind a truck stop that had literally 100 tractor trailers in the parking lot.

You get what you pay for
That saying… “you get what you pay for” goes for this place. Bugs in the window sill, pretty sure there was dog poop on the floor, the water was black in the morning after flushing. Couldnt take a shower. The bed was pretty comfortable though and so were the 3 pillows. However, I did ask to be up away from most people so my boyfriend could play his guitar and not disturb the people near by. She said it was on the side that was still under construction. We honestly weren’t expecting much. We just needed a place to sleep. So the price was only $79 with taxes on a Saturday in January. The pool was out of commission. The breakfast was granola bars and cereal and coffee. With that being said I wouldn’t use this for a romantic getaway but alright for a one nighter in the middle of a snow storm. And waking up to the snow in the woods was very pretty!!!

Never even checked in. The parking was filled with small gatherings of people just hanging out. Parking lot lighting was terrible. Did not feel safe getting out of the vehicle to check in. Left and went somewhere else.

Sorry for any inconvenience the property is perfectly safe. We do not allow smoking in the building therefore guest have to go outside to smoke, and they do tend to gather together when they do.

We were homeless and were staying at Days Inn, the hotel staff became more like family. We never had any issues the staff and managers were respectful and friendly. Place was always clean and we never had any issues. Thank you for helping us feel at home.

Property is very tucked in making it hard to locate. When checking in the staff looked like she could not be bothered and had to get up from her seat to walk to the counter. The room looked outdated. The walls are so thin I was able to hear the the TV of the room next door.

Weve stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and it was great. We came here again on 11/3/23 and what a change. First we come into the hotel and the lady at the desk is arguing with a customer because she requested a fridge because of diabetes meds.. the lady told her they didnt have any rooms available with a fridge.. her exact words were... "you pay for the cheapest room, you get the cheapest room " Fast fwd... we get our room and go upstairs, walk in and its filthy!!!! The carpet wasnt vacuumed. Food all over the desk and table. The microwave was filthy, the bathrooom floor had stuff all over it and toothpaste on the mirror.. i went downstairs and showed the front desk pictures. She immediately started yelling st the maintenace guy. They found us another room across the hall... with a fridge!! Which made me think about the poor lady with her diabetes meds... they shouldve accomadated her. We get in our new room and my husband mustve killed 8-10 big black stink bugs. This was after we came back from a family function and was 10pm at night. Im exhausted. Will NEVER stay again. When my husband was packing the car, he went out the side door becasue there were no more carts... said manager comes out yelling " thats a fire exit, you cant use that" no where does it say fire exit!! Very unprofessional!!! He was very rude to other customers swearing and yelling. Someone needs to contact me with this stay and compensation should be applied here

The property was probably a nice thrifty hotel with some basic amenities. Now it is infested with people gaining entry for others, some homeless and weed smokers. There are no lamps, no cups, coffee maker…I thibk a lot of things are stolen, so the room is extremely basic.

I will not stay here again!
I was double charged and yet to be refunded. The people in the next room were loud all night long. Bathroom ventilation was so poor that marijuana smoke from another room filled my room. All they had for breakfast options was Capri sun pouches, packets of oatmeal with no bowls or hot water. No coffee.
