There is not sign for this back lot property which was very confusing to find after a long journey. The bed was comfortable but the sink shower carpet and windows in the room were growing mold.

It's a lie. Disgusting place.
The rooms do not look the photos(pictures look like they were taken from the Quality Inn, they are not clean, they smell funny, stains all over the bedding, the carpets are filthy, shower was coated in soap scum. No warning or lighting of the location being behind a restaurant and another hotel. Keycard left in mailbox, no pool, no hot tub, no bar, no service. We did not stay and I don't recommend anyone with any hygiene or sensibility to either.

The bed was not a standard queen, there was no tv remote, the furniture was not really usable. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. A place to sleep but that was about it. The driveway into the facility was tight and we almost got into an accident as someone was driving too fast

Hard to find. Wouldn’t split bill, unfriendly host. Carpets filthy. Dead insects. Stains on all linen. Coffee maker dirty or not working. Sink faucet extremely loose. Room keys not working had to be replaced multiple times. Beds soft. Way overpriced for a virtual dump!! Do not stay here.

If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep at an affordable price this might be the motel for you. It is completely shielded from the busy highway 7 going through Stratford. As a result I had a great sleep all rested up for my busy day

The location was odd, behind another hotel. It was private and had nice green space. The sheets were clean and no signs of unwelcome creatures. This facility is old and out of date, with a musty smell, likely from the carpet. We had two rooms and both had some funky floor issues where it sunk or was soft in places. It was just a quick overnight otherwise we would have switched to another hotel.

Great place to stay with a dog
Yout Inn was very welcoming. The rooms are set up lovely and it is a great place to stay if you have a dog. I love the fact that the doors are open to the outside and just a few feet away from your vehicle. Nice clean potty area for the dogs. Thank you.

Pictures upon booking were deceiving. Showed a pool, there is no pool (it used to be attached to the hotel next door but at check in they told us they were sold a year ago and not responsible for what's still showing online. The room had a terrible odor, dirty carpets, dirty shower, one towel and garbage in the garbage can. I couldn't get the tv working either. Thank goodness we were only there one night or we would have went somewhere else the 2nd night. NOT worth $180 at all!

Check in was done by phone which helped us as we were coming in to town later than expected. Unfortunately the rooms are in bad shape. There were multiple holes/soft spots under the carpet in the main room (very disconcerting), shower was dirty and had a good deal of mould, and there was a dead bug on the side of the coffee cups. Also smelled quite musty. Not worth $180 per night.

This motel has definitely seen better days. The whole place has a feeling of neglect about. There was no table or chair in the room and the small couch was badly stained Snead not comfortable.

Wifi was not good...only access at front door but mostly it just kicked me out. No coffee with caffeine in the room. Towels were old and stained. Carpet baddly stained or burnt. Bathroom recently redone and was in good shape. Nice shower and good water pressure. B3d and bedding were fine. Equiped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Don’t do it. There are several reasons. We couldn’t get passed the mold smell (carpet we think). Had to leave. I think they might be fixing things slowly but they should have prioritized the carpet. They also need a sign by the road. The place is hiding behind a hotel.

First of all, the guy at the front desk called me twice asking when I would arrive, when I told him I was on my way he hung up on me. It was pouring rain when we arrived and the roof above the office door was broken and the rain falling off was better water pressure than the shower. No one was in the office when we got in, we said “hello?” And he angrily yelled at us. The room smelled damp and musty the whole weekend (it only rained the day we got there). The light above the table in our room didn’t work so half the room was dark the whole time. When brought up, the same guy at the front desk was rude and condescending and tried to tell us we didn’t know how to use a lightswitch. There was another staff member there who had to point out that the light was broken and had to be fixed. He said he would come back to change the lightbulb but never did. We had to go get him and trying to get him to come with us to change a lightbulb was like pulling teeth. He realized that it was the wiring that was broken, not the bulb and made an empty promise to get it fixed the next day but obviously he didn’t. This guy was pretty much the only staff member we saw for 4 days and he really soured the trip. He kept an airpod in the whole time we were checking in and out. When we left, he made no mention of our complaints so good luck to whoever stays in that room next!

No signage on highway to indicate where it was which was tucked behind another inn. Weeds and broken lamp posts. Room- dirty, seedy, filthy. Rug had not been shampooed since God knows when. Black marks where furnishings were supposed to have been. No chairs or couches just empty space. Not vacuumed. Threadbare towels with multiple brown spots. Windows that did not open and were covered partially with decorative mylar. Left after receiving a full refund.

I had reserved 2 rooms and only one was booked. The staff did arrange for me to get another room at the same cost which was fine but the rooms are not up to standards. Many large stains on carpet and chairs. Not nice

Great no-frills motel
I came to stay for three nights while I enjoyed the theatre festival. Compared to other places to stay in the area it's definitely a less decorated place, but serves its purpose just as well. It's clean and comfortable, and if you're looking to stay nearby for the festival, it's very budget friendly. Definitely in the running if I return in the future.

Entering the property is rather awkward as this motel is actually behind another, which in itself, is attached to a church. There's an Indian resto on the prwmises and several picnic tables scattered throughout. Whenever we asked for something the staff was quite responsive.

A good, relatively inexpensive place to stay, an easy 5 or less minute drive from downtown Stratford. There are also a number of good restaurants just down the road from the hotel. Again my only complaint is it's not easy to find from the road, the hotel definitely needs signage on Ontario St.

The price was good. The beds were comfortable and the room , although outdated was clean. The motel is difficult to find because it is hidden behind the quality inn. We found that our room was lacking a table and a couple of chairs, and there wasn’t much place to put anything down no desk either. We were disappointed also that therre was no coffee maker.
