This hotel was clean but old. Not a lot of amenities. No elevator. They still have smoking rooms and you could smell that in the hallway. Breakfast was minimal.

Friendly front desk, very clean room with refrig microwave, laundry room. Mexican restaurant next door is definitely a plus.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and safe. The only thing I didn’t like is that as soon as you walk in there is a stale smell of smoke we got a non-smoking room, and it still smell like smoke

Stay was excellent. Checked in at 9:30pm and concierge was courteous and made sure to offer any additional services if needed. I liked the Christmas decor. Only downside was the fridge had not been cleaned (just an observation since I didn't use or need it) including a wrinkly, dried apple. C'est la vie.

Looked scary but wasn't
It seemed a bit scary at first because the parking lot was not very clean, and clientele seemed to be loitering by the entrance. But the desk clerk was very polite and professional. The hall smelled of cigarette smoke, as did the room a bit, but other than that, the room was clean and acceptable.

The hall ways smell like cigarettes and pot. The key cards continued to mess up and no I didn’t have them next to my phone. The remote control to the tv didn’t work.

Never again!
This property had a nicely decorated Fall lobby. The carpet is old and dirty, room was acceptably clean but there was a smoking odor was present throughout, 😳 people seemed to actually live there,based on family comments and peoples clothing at breakfast and breakfast was sparse. All staff working were pleasant but I will never stay there again!

The a.m. and p.m. staff were extremely friendly and very nice exactly what you would want after driving all day. However, the smell in the room was a little offputting, but if it wasn’t for that then it would’ve been perfect.

It would have been nice if the cleaning person at least got all the hair out of bathtub from previous guests. Other than we had not problems and everything else was very clean.

Receptionist was very nice and apologetic that while we booked a king two weeks ago we were given a double queen on arrival and none available for a switch. They offered me a 15.00 discount for the inconvenience. The property was tired but doable. Property was quiet except for the air conditioner. Beds ok not the best. Breakfast OK but not much and bathroom not as clean as reviews would say

Old ashtray smell
The hallways was a portent of the old-style Vegas casino ashtray smell in the room. Which is a shame as everything else about the hotel was fine!

Expectations tend to be a little lower with a lower cost hotel option. The staff were very friendly and check in was quick. However, they have many tasks so they cannot just wait at the counter. Room was clean and in good repair. Although I was near the front, i had to listen hard to hear noises outside the room. Breakfast is continental and basic. Parking is right around the facility and felt safe.

It was a clean, affordable accommodation, centrally located to our travels. The staff was excellent. No frills, but all we needed was a place to lay our heads at night and this was an excellent place to do so.
