My room possessed double deck beds for children which i did not require. Also 2 of the lamps were broken. Shower was not workin properly and was really ysable

We upgraded you from a standard single room to a family superior room, which is why there where a bunk bed in the room, I am sorry that we did not inform you of this at check in. I am sorry to hear that some of the amenities in the room was broken or malfunctioning, thank you for informing us, we will see to it.

Stayed here before covid and was not disappointed when I returned, staff really helpful with fussy room requests and early check in , in fact all staff really friendly, good parking and excellent food in the restaurant,

Tired hotel.
Hotel next to Älvsjö Mässan, very tired hotel During my stay most visitors was construction workers. Not a place for couples or families.

Stort och rent rum, trevlig service
Hotellet är bra belägen, nära järnvägsstationen men ändå är det lungt/tyst. Frukost okej (3 av 5), rent på rummet. Vissa delar av hotellet (möbler etc.) känns dock att ha sett sina bästa dagar. Rummet (för 4 pers) var tillräckligt stor. Mkt bra service av personalen i receptionen och baren/restaurangen. Hotellet i stort sett rekommenderas, i alla fall till familjer.

The only thing I can say is the shower glass curtain, is those usuals, too shorts ones, who designe those? They are useless, rest all great

Value for money
Good hotel next to exhibition centre. We stayed when the centre was closed, so it was nice and quiet. We got good value for our money. Helpful staff ensured we got a meal before closing due to Covid restrictions. Recommend.

Heating controls did not work. Luckily windows opened so temperature o. Phone didn't work. Otherwise clean with comfortable bed and good range of stuff for breakfast.

15 mins drive from downtown
This was a nice hotel , no issues room was clean ,people was nice . Breakfast is a 7/10 decent but not great , the gym is a 10/10 perfect has everything u need to get a great workout

Really great for a family - 2 minutes from train
Great hotel! Very clean, super comfortable beds, accommodating staff (they upgraded our family of 5 to two rooms free of charge), and a 2 minute walk to train. Very easy to get anywhere in Stockholm. The free breakfast was unbelievable! All you can eat buffet and the spread was amazing. Our first breakfast was on a Sunday and we thought it was special because of the day of week. No, they had the same amazing breakfast the next day! Really awesome experience overall.

Nice rooms but the breakfast?
Very Nice room and comfy bed but the breakfast reduce the overal impression alot. Cold egg and bacon just isnt my thing.. Hopefully fixed if i do a other stay.
