Wow is all I can say! Very impressive hotel all the way around. The price for what we got was excellent, the room was wow. New up to date kitchen and living and bed and bath all had granite tops. Huge windows with elegant curtains... Elegant all the way around, highly recommend you to stay here!

I would have given it 5 stars had they done something about the blood found on my daughter’s pillow. The place was very nice but when you find something like that all over a pillow and pillow case generally someone in management would apologize and offer a different room or a discount, not a different pillow. It was gross and made us all not want to sleep in the beds. It was like someone had a bloody nose and just didn’t clean it up. The room looked clean but that made us question if it really was. As a nurse, I just feel something more should have been said or done. I was even very kind and waiting till there were no guests up at the desk and was quite about it. I just expected more for something so gross as a bodily fluid all over the pillow.

The curtains was broken. we reported and never fixed. some dust in the room maybe do to the construction next door. The front desk gentlemen were very nice. the hotel needs remodeling. good breakfasts

My Fiancé and I loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and the facility was so clean. The breakfast was great as well. The hotel is at the edge of town which makes it not so congested, but still close to everything. When we go back to Steamboat this is the place we will be definitely staying. We give it 5 stars!

This was a great place to stay and ski. We had plenty of room for our skis in the room. The ski bus was right outside our door.

We enjoyed this property for a long ski weekend in Steamboat. City bus line was very convenient and parking at hotel was great. Breakfast was a bonus. Pool was cold but hot tub was great.

The rooms were cozy, hotel staff awesome, easy check in. I do wish when the morning housekeeping service - that the housekeeping staff would have re-made the beds and tidied up the room. We had grandkids and the room got a little disheveled . And that coffee was replenished. However, we will stay here again!

The stay was alright but for the price I expected more. The suite was only one large room instead of two separate. I asked for a late check out the night before because my son was sick and they said I had to call in the morning. So I did and then apparently all the late checkouts were taken by diamond hilton honors members. So I’d you’re rich enough to be a diamond member it would be great.

The accommodations are spacious and located right opposite a bus stop that takes you to the Steamboat Ski resort. The bus runs approximately every 20 minutes and takes less than 15 minutes.
Homewood suites serves a good breakfast and we definitely took advantage of the indoor hot tub after skiing. A good base for skiing but about 3 miles from downtown Steamboat.
You can get to downtown Steamboat quickly by car (and the parking is free at Homewood Suites) and again there is a free bus run by the town. However the bus from Homewood suites goes to the ski resort where you need to transfer to another bus to go downtown. I did not try this but expect it could add a lot of time.

Everything in the hotel was good for the most part. The TV channels did not line up with what the guide said, so that was a bit obnoxious. Also, the hot tub was not very warm, and since it was inside, it wasn’t very enjoyable. Everything else was great though. Maybe improve the sausages at the continental breakfast! Lol!
