Our room was big, clean, and the property was safe. The morning Bartenders and staff at the restaurant was excellent.

The view is beautiful 1. Gave us key to room that was already rented and the counter lady said it was our bad beacause we didn’t understand here handwriting 😒 when it was writer clear 2. Lack of food on menu everything is fried there nothing else that’s no hamburgues, pizza or hotdogs, wing. 3. Lack of transportation 4. Costumer service is rude I think everyone in the island is like that no empathy yo ask for directions and treat you like dumb. 5. Very very very very expensive( rent a car, bring snack and water and if you can something to have breakfast because foods no very good)

This was the worst property I have come across. First and foremost this is a timeshare disguised as a hotel. With that comes its own share of issues - zero housekeeping, controlled air-conditioning (the thermostat was under lock and key of the owner) which results in an uncomfortable environment. The place serious lack access and is more of an obstacle course with its steep and unstable, winding access to different areas of this POS property. This property is built on a hillside with some building having 3 floors- WITHOUT ELEVATORS!! This is an accident waiting for a place to happen. Even the dining area is two level below!! Generally, a terrible experience! Stay away from this place, unless you want a terrible island experience. The front desk even refused to give me my bill,
