Run down. Dirty. Foul odor in hallways. Light fixture not working. Needs to be gutted and torn down. I asked for one clean towel and they said they had none.

this property need to be more cleaning the areas just smell very bad and the rooms as well in the lobby area say non smoking area and one guy was in front door just smoking. The humidity was very horrible in the room we all just terminated with allergies that is horrible :(

Several cockroachs seen crawling across the floor at 11 at night while using the restroom. Let the front desk know and was provided a can of big spray and was told sorry. Then when checking out in the morning and again relaying the bug problem but was this time ignored and completely disregarded my complaints and tolde to call the number on the wall and he would answer and do nothing about it. If you like roches and disrespectful employees then book a room ASAP.

Very old and not updated. Room smelt musty and stinky like a bowling alley. Overall stay was ok, not preferred. Woke up to guy that stayed at hotel who had his tires slashed by a prostitute who had approached him the night before that he turned away. Do not recommend this place.

The property is close to a PSTA complex, making getting around pretty convenient. Breakfast and the staff in general were accommodating and friendly.
The only issue I had was the thunderous noise (from 10pm-4am) coming from the upstairs neighbour. I raised the issue with the night staff and was pleased to find the issue resolved the next night.
For the value and location, I would recommend this Super 8.

First king room we got checked into reeked of weed… the person down the hall was definitely heavily smoking it.
We changed rooms, the new room the sheets had blue ink all over them but we stayed in this room cause it smelled drastically better…
The bathroom door had a large hole it it…
Showering puddles completely go over cause the curtain covers nothing to avoid soaking the entire bathroom floor.
First day we went for breakfast at 8 and nearly everything was empty.
We’re extremely itchy post stay and discovered fleas.
Honestly didn’t think a 6/10 rating could be as bad as this place was.
Service was the only positive- everyone at front desk was nice and accommodating, especially the man.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with room service every day. Indoor connecting corridors with lift/ elevator. Simple but quite sufficient cereal, toast, pastries, yogurt breakfast with coffee and fruit juice. Would stay there again.

This Super 8 is really dirty, including stained linens on beds and very stained and dirty carpets. When entering the hotel, we were met with a super heavy bug spray smell. The front desk employee who checked us in was angry that we had used Hotels.com and not booked our room directly with the hotel. Terrible experience!

The Staff is amazing. It's like a huge family of hilarious people. Rooms are pretty decent. The third floor is very nice but more expensive.... Prepare to pay more up there. The pool is still warm just as the weather.

Was staying because of the hurricane. Booked on line. The day before i was to check in i got a call. I was asked if i planned on checking in. I said yes. He said he could not guarantee avroom with two queen beds. I said i reserved 2 queens. He said duke enegy has booked the bulk of those rooms. And they pay way more then you did. What???? What differnce does that make to me. Each customer should be treated the same. No matter what they are paying.
The room was fine. Towels were grey as they are not cleaned with bleach. And are very very very thin.
