Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. They were going thru some remodeling, so there were some amenities not available. Our room needed the tub recaulked. That was the only shortcoming. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for budget friendly accommodations.
Worst La Quinta inn I have ever stayed in reminds me of a Motel. Images of rooms on the computer is not close to what the actual rooms look like. Terrible, terrible, terrible elevator needs a lot of work

Hotel seems to be in process of renovation. We traveled with a service dog for my military veteran spouse which they put us in a "dog" room...the room was clearly torn up by previous dogs & beds were so high they were difficult to get into. We were also charged a pet fee despite having credentialed paperwork to prove the dog is medically required & trained for my spouse. The area was a bit sketchy as there was a gentleman in the lobby looking for "sleeping pills" who then wandered outside in the parking lot until an uber picked him up. The beds were extremely comfortable!

Did not have a qood experience. There was alot of hair in the drain in the bathtub , there was no stopper so i couldnt give my children a bath. There was no hot breakfast because they are renovating which you would not know until you get there and cannot cancel without losing money.

This property is gross. I don't recommend. When we first arrived to our room, the bedding was dirty- stains like candy had been on the bed. Asked for it to be replaced, which it was promptly. However, the floors are covered in stains throughout. The entire place smells like Marijuana. Staff doesn't seem to care or control it.

Nice staff. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Stayed 4 days no housekeeper came to clean the room during my stay. I had to go to desk for towels and tissues. There was a lack of both in the room. Door had huge gap you could see inside the room and security latch was removed.

This was one of the worst hotels that I stayed in. Not anything was done to adequately accommodate our stay. Had an ask for towels. Ran very low on toilet paper. Trash was never emptied. Bed sheet was too small for the bed, kept coming off. Worst experience of.

Front desk was kind and friendly. The breakfast was good. But would not return due to the dirty room. The carpet had crumbs, the comforter had stains and dirt

money were spent probably during the COVID time period. However, that will soon go away with a total lack of management. The 'so called' Security man was busy watching TV. The front desk man was 'busy' on his device. The area is only 6 miles from where the riots occured about 2 years ago.

The pros: The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was awesome. I would definitely stay again.
The cons: Our room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. It could have been vacuumed more thoroughly, a few things were missed, and the sheets had some yellow staining on them. I did not complain or even being it to management’s attention because it was still adequate and I wasn’t worried about it.

The breakfast was excellent and the person working the breakfast was very kind. The check in desk people were kind as well. The room was clean and everything was functional.
