I pre paid for this property only to find out when we arrived at midnight that they had given our room away. Because we paid for the room through Expedia, we are having an issue getting a refund. This is an airport hotel, so I don't see why they aren't anticipating late night check in? If we hadn't paid for the room in advance, I could understand their reasoning with giving the room away.
