It was a horrible experience from check-in to checking out. Upon arrival, there were many big flies in the room, addressed the matter with receptionist and she have the audacity to tell me to spray with insecticide, I declined, and when i called her out on this she denied,this young lady need customer service skill, she also knowingly placed me amd my child at risk to hazardous fumes from a malfunction ceiling fan and lighting on and off, at first we thought it was insecticide odour until we started to feel nausea then we realized it was the fume from the fan, someone intentionally turned on the fan while we were away on excursions. I called receptionist and she observed the situation and this staff genuinely was alarmed and say she smells and indeed they knew it wasn't working. Management pretended he knew nothing, let's hope so. But some of you are awful individuals and do not belong in hospitality and tourism..I have never experience anything like this in my years of travel.
