READ THE FINE PRINT! This hotel charges a "resort fee" on top of published price. You can not check into this hotel at the published price. There is a very small asterisk next to the price that references some tiny tiny print at the bottom of the screen that explains it. This sort of scummy stuff should be illegal.

The property had a private beach entrance from the pool area which was very convenient. It was well set up for a longer stay. The room seemed a little dated and the bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. All in all, I would stay there again if I was in the area.

I knew from reading reviews that this is an older property and thus was lacking in some respects. I was ok with that, but I was very disappointed to see how dirty things were when we arrived. Even though everything was old, they could have made more of an effort to clean the floors properly! There were gross things stuck to the kitchenette area floors and the bathroom floor had clearly not been cleaned. Nonetheless, once we cleaned up a bit and I got used to the dinginess of the place and the old air-conditioner that made way too much noise, I did appreciate the pool and the ready access to the beautiful beach. It all seemed very much over-priced to me, but I guess that's Florida. Would I stay there again? Not really sure. It was nice to have the pool, the beach and the kitchenette - even though that too was just barely decent, with rusted cabinets, a chain hotel small coffee maker, and a very old and uneven stove that just barely worked. I would probably look for somewhere that was cared for a bit better were I to return to St. George.

Loved that it was beachfront. Not a fancy place to stay, but it has a pool and its right on the beach. Beds were ok, rooms not very cozy, but served the purpose. Room was clean. We only stayed one night due to awful weather, but would return again.

The only positive thing I can say is it is right on the beach. There was constant loyd muaic and a fight broke out late at night after several complaints had been made prior to that incident. I wouldnt recommend bringing children. The room floors were filthy, tge shower had not been cleaned and no housekeeping available.

Conveniently located property
We only stayed one night. Hotel was ok nothing special. It was on the beach. Easy to walk to restaurants. Ice machine was broken. I know they are under new owners and currently trying to improve it.

Staff is friendly, our room was nice and clean, right on the beach, the pool was clean, and easy parking. Its next to all the shops, the restaurants, and lighthouse, can walk to everything taking no longer than 5-10 minutes. We are coming back next year! Great family time.
