Hi Pedro. I am the owner, and I am the one who communicated with you through text. There is an option to call the hotel as well. I am going to reiterate why the floors are slippery here so that future guests know this was an outlier. We had pressure-washed the exterior walkways, but the company did not move the welcome mats that are outside each room door. Therefore, when you stepped on the mat then inside the room, the floors felt slippery. However, it was your shoes due to the welcome mats, not the floor. I have spoken with the company and placed indoor mats as well that can soak up any outside wetness before stepping on the tile flooring. Thank you for your feedback so that I could investigate the issue and fix it for future guests.

Hi Sam! Thanks for your feedback. The building was built in 1939, which is part of the charm of our retro boutique motel. We have placed noise machines in the rooms as an option for ambient noise. We did have an issue with our app, which has since been fixed. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall.

Hi Angelica! Thanks for the review and the photos! While we are a mile to downtown, we are also a few minute drive to the beach making us an ideal location for people who want to enjoy both!
