Hi Debbie,Unfortunately the city requires that we do not park vehicles on the property. We own the lot 2 blocks away and offer valet service.

Dear Nathan,When you came to the desk this morning and told me who you were I said, "you're all set, the door has been opened for you"I'm not sure why the desk couldn't tell what was available to rent as everything was cleaned by the end of the day yesterday, I will definitely look into that.I also told you that we credited your account for the 35 amenity fee as well as 50 for the inconvenience.Louse was unable to get the lock to open so she gave you another room to sleep in.I am sorry we couldn't access the room that early in the room, I did have a too go breakfast ready for you and your associate but you didn't come to check out.I am truly sorry we were unable to meet your expectations

I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations.I don't understand how the croissants were stale, they are baked every morning here at the hotel.Please let me know what room you were in so I can see where there is paint peeling. Every room is ' touched up" monthly and the exteriors are repainted every other year.I hope you will give us another chance.

Hi Lori,I am so dissapointed that we didn't meet your expectations.We are not a BnB.We are not owner occupied but there is someone on property 24/7.No matter how you book with us, you book a room type not a specific room. All 30 of our rooms and suites are unique with no two alike. We are happy to take a request for a specific room but can not guarantee that.We eliminated in-rroom bottles of water and installed a water machine that dispensed still and carbonated water with or without flavors and additives such as electrolytes, Vitamin C and more. This is why you were given a complimentary reusable water bottle at check in along with your glass of Sangria.

Hi Anna,I am so sorry that we did not meet up to your expectations. I will definitely look into the problem with the AC.and toilet.I am not sure what you mean by looking similar than on-line. All rooms decor is very much the same. Depending on the room type you choose, there will be a larger space, sofa bed and veranda.
