Really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage Way Inn. The historic property was charming, comfortable and very well kept. We appreciated the friendly courteous and helpful nature of the employees as well as the delicious breakfast served each morning. Will definitely be returning.

This is my 2nd time staying at the Carriage Way B&B The staff is phenomenal, breakfast is a delicious bonus, the location perfect, and I feel safe walking the area, even after dark. This will be my go to place, whenever I'm visiting.

My Husband and I stayed at the Inn for 2 nights. EVERYTHING was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing! Refreshments and delicious cookies are always available. All the amenities you need and then some! We are already planning our next stay! 5 stars across the board!

Located in the heart of the historic district, we walked everywhere. Onsite parking allowed us to park the car and forget it for a few days. Accommodations were perfect, nice room with modern, tiled shower, balcony on upper level with a porch swing. Comfortable bed and great attention to details by providing extras like a welcoming glass of wine upon arrival, cookies and water/softdrinks. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the front porch.

Our stay at the carriage way inn was just the vacation we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site parking, location and proximity to restaurants and historic sites made it a comfortable walkable vacation. We enjoyed the delicious homemade breakfast and the daily afternoon fresh baked cookies. Our room, the amethyst, was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the privacy and courtyard however we found the tub shower a bit of a challenge as we are older and not as agile as we once were. All said we highly recommend the carriage way inn.

We loved our stay at Carriage Way Inn! It’s walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy! We enjoyed all the little touches that made it so welcoming. The breakfast each morning was delicious! Definitely recommend this Inn for your stay!

The location was excellent. The employees were courteous. Loved the outside patio and the parking space. It was very quiet and relaxing. Our bed was quite comfortable. Loved we had all the water and beverages we wanted at anytime. The cons were some of the furniture and accessories were run down. I noticed the rugs in the lobby and stairs needed to be replaced. There was not to much to select for breakfast. The room was quite small with no closet for our clothes. The showers belonging to other rooms could clearly be heard from our room. This is difficult when it is late at nite. There was also noise from the street but calmed down late in the evening. All and all it was nice experience!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The Amethyst Room was comfortable and had a large deep bathtub. The entry area to the room needs some upkeep.

We really enjoyed this location. The staff member who checked us in was the friendliest of everyone that we interacted with at the bed and breakfast. She made a lot of great recommendations and always acknowledged us. The room was absolutely adorable and comfortable. The breakfast was well made and we loved having refreshments and cookies stocked up. We would definitely stay here again as it was in walking distance to everything we did.

Loved the location! The inn was very nice and hospitable, with free tea, coffee, bottled water and wine available day and night. Breakfasts were excellent. Only downside was our bed was very uncomfortable. We would pick a room other than Peridot if we go back!

We had an amazing experience. It felt like going back in time. Beautiful historical place. Bed and room was so comfy. We appreciated the bottled water, amazing breakfasts and even the coffee was amazing. Staff made you feel special. The location was right on. We never took our car anywhere until we left to go home. Restaurants, shops, galleries, George St so close. Walkable to everything. We will be back!!

What a jem! The property and staff are awesome. Made me feel very welcomed. They're attentive and kind. Great for a solo traveler. I felt very safe and comfortable. Breakfast every day has been amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure each guest's needs are met.

I felt so at home. After a long trip, and an experience in three interstate exchanges (10, 295, 95) I was somewhat harried! How nice to hear "Would you glass of wine?" as soon as I walked in! I was celebrating my 39th X 2 birthday alone, so was also provided a bottle of champagne! It's a lovely, comfortable, welcoming place. Staff is so friendly and professional. The breakfasts are delicious. It is a perfect place to stay to explore old St. Augustine. I would love to go back!

Great St Augustine B&B
GreatB&B. Breakfasts were one of the best I have had at B&B. Within walking distance to Old Town St Augustine. Gave us a bottle of Bubbly for my wife’s Birthday. Will definitely return. Staff went above and beyond!

Love the location, right in the middle of the historic district. Well maintained property and wonderfully decorated room. Staff were exceptional. Jess greeted us with a glass of wine which we sipped on the balcony before going out for the evening. Enjoyed the great breakfast too. Highly recommend.

Amazing B&B in the heart of St Augustine
Amazing B&B right in Old town St Augustine. The room was wonderful and they thought of everything to make the stay unforgettable. From the Keurig coffee, complimentary sodas, water, red and white wine to the superb bed, couch and jacuzzi tub, everything was top notch. Not to be outdone, the staff was the most attentive and genuinely interested in making the stay unforgettable. Jess is an amazing host and the Bfast crew was great too

A Welcoming Retreat
The service was outstanding. They made us feel welcome, like family, and they were attentive to our needs (both what we asked for and what they anticipated). Beverages and yummy bakery items were available at all hours. The bed was extremely comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and the woodwork and furniture/fixtures took us back in time. The bathroom was luxurious. The location was convenient/walkable to everything in the historic district - we never got in our car. Breakfast was delicious.
