The staff was very helpful and friendly. Coffee, donuts and yogurt is offered in the morning. Would recommend this place.

This is a great little spot. Hotel is a bit older but rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Every room has a gorgeous water view and balcony. Cons were that beds were older and not the most comfortable and very small bathroom.

The rooms are very clean, decor is modern and inviting, and the staff are simply wonderful! This is an excellent economical option in a resort town. The view of the water from the balcony was a bonus, and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The double room/suite was ok, but a bit small for 5 people. The hotel did not have cots for rent for a small kid. The 2 tvs in the suite did not work that great. There were signs in a few places in the room about extra charges if you didn’t leave something clean (e.g. the dishes). The pool was freezing because the heater broke and my kids couldn’t use the pool. I booked that hotel because of the pool so it was a waste of money. The staff are mostly unhelpful and they hate dogs - told me it was a pet free place, even though the website says it is pet friendly. They also told me I should « manage » the fact that my small child did not have a cot to sleep on, but then they gave me an extra comforter and blanket to put in the floor for her. I think I’ll pay a bit extra for the Algonquin next time.

Friendly welcome, clean room, comfortable beds, beautiful ocean front view, close to shops/restaurants. Highly recommend Red Herring Pub just up the street. Their food/prices are excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great, our room was super clean. Staff always greeted me when i was coming or going in and out of building. He gave me a map of St Andrews when he saw us looking at one in the lobby. The pool was cold but it was a pool so that was nice. Would recommend going to anyone, beds were comfortable and the heat worked perfectly in our room. Great job to all that work there!

This is a lovely place with nice rooms, Nice towels with a beautiful view. The staff are great. We left a computer behind they went above and beyond to get it back to us. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We will defiantly be back.
