"We loved this property. We were a group of six and used all the bedrooms. We also had a larger group (10) for a family dinner. The house accommodated us just fine. Great kitchen and living spaces. Phenomenal view and location. Truly peaceful, beautiful and a great space. Jeff was a great host and came up to the house when we needed help. Our visit there could not have gone better."

"Beautiful location right at the marina. The way to get in is sort of odd(you go through the office in the front.) Very very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a couple. Host left snacks and waters which was appreciated. Loved the location. Very well insulated as I couldn't hear cars or even wind from outside. My only complaint is that the pillows were tiny/worn out and horrible. The bed itself was very firm but fine. (Hopefully they replace the pillows.) Will be back!"

"I had a great time at the Sunset Cabin with My Family. Sean was a great host and was there when i showed up early on Saturday and showed me around to let me know of all the amenities the cabin had. My family and i enjoyed the sunsets directly from the back room. It was plenty spacious enough for all 10 of us. Upstairs was spacious enough for all my kids and they had a great time being together upstairs. Stairs up questionable but i had no issues going up and down with the kids all week....

"Comfortable and rustic lakeside cottage. Loved watching the sunsets and the water birds. Very quiet and peaceful area. Beds and linens were wonderful. Town of St. Albans is quaint. Nice shops, good restaurants and cafes. Location was about 45 minutes from Stowe, 30 minutes from Burlington, and 15 minutes from the Canadian border. The owner was wonderful - provided all the information needed to make our stay enjoyable. Our one wish would be faster, more robust and reliable internet access....
