Lovely stay in an original Spanish town.
A beautiful typical Spanish property in the middle of town, with all the amenities necessary for a lovely stay. Original features, comfortable spacious bedroom & bathroom, the buffet breakfast & breakfast room catered for all needs. The hotel provided good WiFi through out. Access to the centre of town with plenty of places to eat.

Fabulous
Amazing stay right in the centre of Chinchon next to the parador and Plaza Mayor. Very nice room overlooking the courtyard which was super clean. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent Chinchon hotel

A wonderfully characterful hotel just down from the main square. Easy parking and quiet within easy walking if all the sights and restaurants. Very efficient and friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Liked the hotel a lot. All was fine and exceeded expectations. One issue for me was that noise travels easily in the tiled corridors, from the lobby and courtyard. i would use again

A real old Spanish hotel
The hotel is very near the centre of the beautiful old town. It's clean and decorated in keeping with the building and area. Unfortunately they don't serve an evening meal but there are several good restaurants in the main square many of which have balconies overlooking the square. The streets are narrow and access to the parking is a little tight but unless you have a very large car don't let this put you off.

Lovely hotel in a charming town
We arrived at the Hotel Condesa de Chinchón late at night and were welcomed in a nice friendly way by the receptionist. Our room was quite spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed, and we enjoyed our 3 night stay there very much. Breakfast was excellent value at 8 Euros each and was plentiful, varied, and perfect for us to start each day. The location was great; a 2 minute walk brought us into the fabulous Plaza Mayor which, on first sight, was stunning. We explored the town and ended up there in the evenings to enjoy a drink to round off the day. The atmosphere was lovely. We wanted to go to another nearby town (Morata de Tajuna) and found that Chinchon was well served by bus. So next time we stay in Chinchon we'll go into Madrid by bus. Overall we had a lovely stay in Chinchon at the Hotel Condesa de Chinchón and hope to go back there. Excellent value and highly recommended.

Pleasant mid price hotel in good location
Reasonable 3 star hotel in a fine old building close to the central square of Chinchon. The room was a good size and the bathroom was very clean and fitted out well. We would have preferred a double bed with duvets but, like a lot of hotels in Spain only sheets and blankets are provided. The bad points are lack of tea and coffee in the room, no receptionist when we arrived to check in and garage parking for which a charge is made but we were not told this until check out. We didn't use the restaurant because of poor reviews.

Chinchon Stay.
We have stayed here several times when travelling from Santander to the Costa Blanca. It is quiet and and situated in a small Spanish town just south of Madrid. Parking is secure underground at the hotel, and is not expensive for Spain. Like all underground hotel carparks you have to be careful when you drive in and out. The hotel is very comfortable and just across the road from a Spanish "fast food" type restaurant. There are other more upmarket restaraunts in the nearby Plaza. It is not an easy hotel to find, as the satnav often takes you the more difficult route, but when you know the way it is not difficult. The price of staying has risen quite a bit this year, but at the moment we would definitely stay there again.

Very attentive concierge. Pleasant surprise as she told us next morning because ot was St James Holiday we could see the running of the bulls from our balcony

Overrated hotel
I cannot understand the rating of this hotel. Overall was a bit unpleasant. On top of that, the room was noisy because of a garage door in the building just in front. Breakfast was poor. The only positive is that location is very good.

Enjoyable.
We stayed here overnight on our way from Santander to Torrevieja. We have stayed here often in the past and found it very comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced. Although fifteen minutes off the main road, it is worth the detour.

Clean nice hotel in picturesque Chinchon
Nice hotel in Chinchon, clean comfortable rooms, breakfast was good too. Wifi signal not available in my room which made it very inconvenient for work, otherwise great stay.

I reviewed this hotel three years ago a and gave it a 5 star rating. I have stayed there often since with no complaints. However our recent visit was not as pleasing. I was unable to get the air conditioning to work on our return in the evening, which made for an uncomfortable night, hence only 3 stars for room comfort. There was also no wifi available in our room, apparently it was due to a "Telefonica connection fault". Whatever, we were left without it for our stay. Hopefully this is just a blip, and we have had so many good stays here, it won't stop us from returning.

Very pleasant stay
Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband in room 203 & it was perfect for us. Comfortable bed, air condition that works and the whirlpool bath was a treat! Breakfast in the morning was lovely as you can sit outside in the garden and with very good breakfast selections. The staff at the reception were very helpful.

Pleasant old hotel near the Plaza Mayor
Pleasant room with well stocked bathroom, good breakfast and pleasant courtyard. Included secure parking so very good value for money. Chinchon is a lovely old town and we enjoyed our stopover on the way south.

Great Location
We stayed one night enroute to Bilbao to break up our journey from Lliber on the Costa Blanca to Bilbao. The hotel is in an excellent position, close to the Plaza Mayor where there are a host of restaurants with balconies overlooking the square. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and overlooked the rear courtyard. We had the 4 euro breakfast buffet which wasexcellent. Overall a very good hotel.

Surprised at how interesting Chinchon was having passed the signs for this place many times whilst driving along the motorway and never giving it a thought. The square and history were incredible, it was an overnight stay and fleeting visit but now aware of the place and the hotels position and facilities look forward to returning and taking more time to view the place on another visit.

Lovely old Spanish hotel. Amazing value for money. Close to the Plaza Mayor. Great for a stopover but very little to do here after the first day, other than relax. Parking beneath hotel, so great if you are travelling with valuables.

A visit to Chinchon, Spain
We had the last available room having booked at short notice. We were delighted with the room and the receptionist was very helpful when she realised that my wife needed medical attention following a fall. The room was comfortable and the choice of breakfast was extensive. Neither lunch nor dinner was available, and very few snacks to munch. The bar was open throughout the day for drinks. The underground car park was handy but a challenge for drivers with large cars. I would give an overal rating of eighty percent. Unusually for hotels, the beds were really comfortable.
