Staying at this hotel was a great choice. It’s on the shore, the pool is amazing, food is delicious and from the moment you set foot in the front desk they greet you and make you feel at home!

The pool was the only good thing. The rooms were dated and musky moldy. The bathroom was very very small. The AC in room was great Elevator was hot no AC, it broke during our stay and had to use the stairs. The hand sanitizer was full but no batteries to work. The parking is horrible!! They stayed they offered a golf cart for transportation but was temporarily broken. I would not recommend this property. Check in was a nightmare, the gal did not know what she was doing

The first room we were given was right next to the front desk despite the hotel being nearly empty. Once we spoke with the front desk they were very professional and courteous in finding us a different room. It would have been nice if the front desk or the hotel in general would have told us the restaurant on site was closed so we could have planned our trip better. Property needs some updates to the appearance but we were fine with it.

This property was nice; however, parking is not conducive to older or disabled people, and the “face lift”? was such poor workmanship. It just took away from the overall impression of the property. Although the customer service was excellent, the pool cleanliness made getting in the pool impossible. I will not book at this property again.

What I liked was that the resort was beach side, had beach access. The staff was friendly, but the room was not great. The bed was hard, at least in my opinion, I woke up really sore with back pain, and the room was warm. I lowered the temperature but seemed it didn’t cool enough. There’s only one elevator and not many carts available for luggage when it’s time for check out.

The hotel was ok but the room are to hot the ac wouldn’t work as well so we didn’t sleep well but they are clean a little old needs remodeling but if you like to sleep cool not recommended!

This is by far the WORST experience I've EVER had on the island. No A/C, horrible parking, low kitchen utensils, poor customer service, poor response rate. The Manager said he would call shortly, but 30 mins later, said he couldn't call. Offered a free umbrella for inconvenience next day. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE PENINSULA TO ANYONE. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

The a/c stop functioning in your unit and maintenance attempted several times to get the issue fixed, but unfortunately was unsuccessful. We offered to move you up one more floor in a similar room and help move your items but you declined and stated that you were going to stay in that unit with no a/c. Our staff offered to help you move all of your belongings to another similar unit and you declined and demanded a credit for the inconvenience. The manager attempted to call you several times and there was no answer. We understand the frustration, but we did everything in our power to make your stay a comfortable one. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and the issues have been addressed. Thank you for your patience and we greatly appreciate your business.

Gave a star because the location was convenient. The elevator smelled like cat pee.The rooms were a mildewey smell, sheets smelled the same way. Had to use bodyspray on the sheets when we slept. Connecting door to the other room did not lock and the other doors lock was missing. Not sure if they had it covered. We moved a table in front of the door so we could feel comfortable staying there.

It was not easy to find the resort. The lights above the sink in the room fell as i closed the door. The disinfecting dispenser was broken in the elevator. Overall the place needs an upgrade.

The workers were the best part, friendly and helpful. But the hotel and everything about it is in disrepair. Doesn’t look like it’s been renovated since it opened. Owners need to open up the wallets and bring it up to where it needs to be.

No food, no breakfast, very dirty with mold.stayed 2 nights then got another hotel. I think homeless people live there. The pool looked ok.

Thank you for your feedback it is greatly appreciated. I am sorry you didn’t find any food or breakfast, but we do have a restaurant on the property that you can enjoy food or breakfast at. As far as the pool it was completely renovated in December of 2023 so everything is new and our smaller pool is heated. I am also sorry you feel as if homeless people stay here but of course that is not the case. I will be looking into your concerns and address them immediately.

Good facility great people awesome location
They provide exactly what they say. Every room is a suite, balcony and right on the beach. The best mai tais on the beach. On point cleaning and stocking the room. Oh and that pool and jacuzzi. Bar none awesome. The mediocre. It feels like it missed it by that much. Offsetting all that spaciousness was a tub that needed to be replaced and a shower rod someone tried to do pull-ups on. All in all. I rate this a solid 8.5. They work and that pool is just amazing. Attention to detail could get them one more level up. But who wants snooty?? Give me this good room with these hard working people every time.
