Lyhyt pysähdyspaikka matkalla pohjoiseen. Mukava hotelli ja vaikka kylpylän altaat olivat omille lapsille liian syviä he viihtyvät kylpylässä hyvin.

Roadtrip - one night stay
Swimming are was big and the water massaging things were powerfull enough for adults. Most importantly there was swimming pool bar. It was self service, walk couple steps up and drop your drink and you can sit in the pool and relax. Feel like you are far far away from Finland. Breakfast was also excellent!

Spa access was not included in the price, and we had to pay extra for it. This was very misleading, since this is a spa hotel and I doubt anyone would visit there just for the hotel room and not the spa.

Nice place
Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Just some small details missing. The room lacked some basic things like tea, hot chocolate or coffee for those times you spend time there outside service hours. Mind you, there was a water boiler as well as disposable cups, just nothing to use them with. The spa was nice, but the opening hours fit other activities poorly. For example, there was no change to use the baths there before breakfast and it was a bit of a rush to make it to the restaurant in time to order from the kitchen after the spa closed.

Very nice hotel, great room
I was very satisfied with my stay, unfortunately did not have time to go to spa, but it would have been worth it (only 10 Euro extra). Breakfast was very good, and room huge. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Good location, but needs remodeling.
The hotel has a good location near the ski trails and the staff is super friendly and helpful. However, parts of the hotel are in need of an upgrade. The carpet in the rooms was really threadbare and there are lots of old dusty fake/plastic plants throughout the hotel that seemed dated. Also, the hotel lobby is not really conducive to relaxing as it was right near the busy reception area.

Mixed feelings
After a long drive, we waited an hour at the reception to check in (actually an hour and 4 minutes). The room was quite outdated. I think the whole place needs renovation, but the room was bad and especially the bathroom. There was no place to dry clothes and equipment. The spa is nice and the kids enjoy it. The breakfast was good. The service was friendly and welcoming. The problem was that the reception was so full when we arrived.

Ravintolassa ala-arvoista ruokaa. Palvelun taso heikkoa, odotimme pelkästään pöytiin ohjaamista todella pitkään. Kylpylän puolella saunoissa ei saanut kunnon löylyjä, etenkin savusaunassa. Myös useampi automaatti suihku ei toiminut.

Katinkulta Vuokatti
Paikat sieltä täältä rempallaan. Karmit, listat, seinät, silikonit ym. rikki ja kuluneita. Lisävuode suorastaan luokaton. Aikuinen ihminen laitetaan nukkumaan kovassa, epätasaisessa ja ja jalkopää alaspäin viettävässä vuodesohvassa. Unet loppui klo 03 yöllä ja aamulla selkä niin kipeä että tuskin ylös pääsi. Parkkipaikan maksullisuus todella outoa. Kummallista ettei tuohon hintaan saa parkkipaikkaa. Parkkiruudut lisäksi auttamattomasti liian pieniä ja maksaminen todella hankalaa automaatilla. Hinta laatu suhde ei kohdannut.
