All good, breakfast with wide choice but not always with product quality (bread not Fresh as it should, pancakes not fresh and cold…

Check in took 30min of waiting due to long queues. Breakfast place was not well organized, the room was too small for the amount of people. Huge queues formed because the access to food was not ideal. They had Chromecast in the rooms but no support available for the entire stay. We had problems with it and even though I asked twice, nothing was done. But all in all, ok stay.

Northern Finland
Restaurant Amarillo is mostly burgers so not much variety. Beds are singles and sag like hammocks, not like a regular hotel bed

Great Hotel. Very modern, clean and quiet. Very good breakfast with an early 6am start.

Yö Vuokatissa
Huoneemme oli suoraan respan edestä käytävään tulevan oven edessä ja siksi aiheutti melkoista rauhattomuutta ja meteliä. Muutoin siisti hotelli.

Hyvä aamupala ja siisti mukava huone. Parkkis oli ihanan lähellä. Jääkaappia ei ollut nii se vähän miinusta.

Olemme tyytyväisiä majoitukseemme kaikin puolin. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja kaikki toimi oleskelumme suhteen oikein hyvin. Ravintolan henkilökunta ystävällistä sekä palvelualtista. Pöydät pidettiin siistinä kaikenaikaa mikä tähän aikaan on hyvin oleellista. Aamupala valikomiltaan riittävä, tuore ja maukas, ja ystävällinen palvelu kruunasi kaiken. Itse hotellin sijainti meidän mieleen, oleelliset palvelut lähellä. Lenkkipolulle sekä muuten vaan luontoon lähteminen helppoa.

Huoneen viileys plussaa. Ajoitettu aamianen pakotti varhaiseen herätykseen, mikä lomalla ei ole kivaa. Puolen tunnin aamiaisaika johtaa hotkimiseen.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, free upgrade without any reason, free parking with electricity for external heating of the car. Great location. Friendly staff, Fantastic service. XC skiing, juste outside the hotel, alpines skiing couple of hundred meters away. Nice gym. 2 restaurants with good food, friendly staff. Great service. What's more to say? I will give this hotel 10 out of 10. No doubt.

Ystävällistä palvelua luonnon läheisyydessä
Saavuimme illalla pitkän ajomatkan jälkeen hotelliin ja ystävällinen receptionisti auttoi pesemään matkalla sotkeentuneita lasten vaatteita hotellin pyykkikoneessa ja saimme aamuksi kuivat vaatteet. Hiljainen paikka ja lyhyet etäisyydet Sotkamon keskustaan ja harrastuspaikoille.
