Sorry that you feel your experience was not great ma’am. When you book a single room there will be one set of towels but upon your request the staff gave you more towels and made sure you had two sets of towels for the rest of your stay. Housekeeping will make their rounds in the morning as that’s when room service is given like most hotels. If that’s too early you can put a do not disturb sign in the lock and if it’s missing or misplaced please ask us for one. Upon request your shower head could have easily been readjusted by one of the staff but nothing can be done to help you during your stay when you let us know as you are checking out. The shower heads were too low at first and after renovations were placed a little higher to accommodate most people. Your complaints were heard and could have readily been addressed if we had know earlier. We try our best with the low rates we offer to give the best service but if what you seek is a more custom bathroom then we recommend a franchise hotel as we cannot compete with that. We apologize that we are not pet friendly, but that is simply the policy of our property. On the property page when a booking is made it does not show that we are pet friendly.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We work hard to provide a good service and when there is something beyond our scope we have to work with the TV provider Suddenlink to resolve the issue, which may be why it took so long. We also have pest control come out to spray all rooms every month. We hope to make your stay better next time.

We apologize that your stay was not satisfactory. Another room was offered for your stay as we could not edit your booking from our end for a refund. Upon our inspection of the room bed bugs were not found. We cannot verify what the pictures show or where they are taken. However, this is a matter we take very seriously and we had an inspection performed by the pest control company and even they did not find any bed bugs. We also have routine monthly sprays done in all of our rooms by pest control services. Again we apologize for any inconvenience.
